"what do you mean, Taeyun?" Saerin asked
Saerin POV
"since Papa left us, I thought that he really didn't love the both of us"
eyes wide and my mouth slightly opened
"Taeyun, you're too young to understand this but I'll tell you something so listen carefully"
Taeyun looked at me ready to listen
"just because Papa left , don't think that it's because he hates the both of us. he left because he wants to be free again. he loves you, Taeyun. okay? remember that"
no I'm not lying for no reason..
I'm lying because I care about my son's feelings
he nodded and slowly looked down his lap
"but what if Papa didn't really love us?"
"Taeyun, you're 5 now right? you shouldn't think about these kinds of things. you should be out playing with other kids.. what about Yuan? or Hwang-Ji? they're your friends, why don't you play with them like when kindergarten?—I noticed recently that you're not playing with them outside anymore. what's wrong?"
he then looked up
"hwangji went back to china last month—while Yuan and his mother went back to Daegu 3 weeks ago"
I frowned at the news
"really?"
He nodded
suddenly my phone rang. I looked at the Id and saw my best friend's name

"wait Taeyun- hello?"
"hey girl! my son and daughter wants to see Taeyun tomorrow. they woke me up 6am just to tell me that they misses Taeyun, please say yes I need my alone time"
I looked at Taeyun and smiled for the first in a long time
I covered the mic with my free hand and asked Taeyun
"Jinmae and Junko wants to play with you tomorrow"
he immidietly snatched my phone and spoke with Joy
"really? I get to see Junjun and Maemae?"
"of course! Taeyun meet them at the sankou park at 9:30am okay?—TAEYUN WE MISS YOU ESPECIALLY ME!!- hah?! I'm the one who misses him the most- no I AM- NO ME!- OKAY THAT'S ENOUGH you TWO*beep*
just when the call ended. me and Taeyun changed looks and laughed

Third Person POV
11:59am
Taeyun had already gone outside so Saerin was sitting on the couch watching tv
then suddenly the doorbell rang. Saerin got up and walked towards the screen where you can see who rang the doorbell. she pressed the mic button so she could speak
"Yoongi?"
"open the door"
his voice was terrifyingly low that it made Saerin open the door quick
"what's w-wrong"
"don't what's wrong me. I heard the news that you divorced Jimin?..Is that true, Saerin?"
flashback
"I'll wait for you outside Jimin" Kaejun said before going outside
Saerin lowered her head to think 'should I tell him?'
she was about to open the front door when Jimin grabbed her hair
"Tell anyone and I will kill You, your brother and your son"
her mind went blank from shock and swallowed her own saliva knowing that she couldn't do anything but agree
she thought shutting her eyes to prevent tears from falling but the tears still rolled and she nodded
"I w-won't t-tell a-anyone"
her voice came a whisper, and her face was just unreadable at that moment.
she doesn't know what will happen if she tell anyone about them... what if he did kill Yoongi and Taeyun— what if the beatings get worse... I don't want Yoongi and Taeyun to leave me; they're the only family I have
