this is the final chapter!! i'm so excited! consider it an early christmas present, as this is a christmas themed chapter!
this is a very spanish heavy chapter as it takes place in lance's family home and they're a bilingual household. i myself am not bilingual but i do my best to portray it accurately as i am capable of. there will be translations in the in-line comments.

"¡Óye, los chicos están aquí!" Val yelled in excitement as she looked out the window, "¡Angelo, ven a saludar a tus hijos!"
"Sí, sí. Ya voy." Angelo said as he approached the door, "Cálmate, mi reina."
"¿Cálmate? ¡Mijos están en casa!" Val rushed outside, "Danny! Lance! ¡Mijitos!"
Danny and Lance both climbed out of Danny's midsize SUV. Danny rushed over to his mother, "Hola Mamá. Te extrañé."
Val pulled Danny into the biggest hug she could muster with her mighty height of 5'2, "Ay, necesitas volver a casa más." she pulled away to hug Lance, "Tú también, amor."
Lance returned her embrace, "Lo sé, Mamá. Lo lamento."
Val sighed and stepped back, looking over her two eldest sons as they embraced their father.
"Deberían ser tres de ustedes. Where's Keith?" Angelo asked.
"No pudo obtener todo el tiempo libre que solicitó. En su lugar, tuvo que intercambiar turnos," Lance answered, "Estará aquí en unos días."
Val nodded, "¿A tiempo para Navidad, por supuesto?"
"Sí, lo prometió." Lance assured his mother, "Traje su bolso para que no tuviera que preocuparse por llevar una carga extra en su motocicleta."
Val smiled before turning to her husband, "¿Vas a ayudar a tus hijos con sus maletas o no?"
