*In my defence the last chapter I wrote was at three in the morning and I was lazy. The other chapters will be longer, and won't have as many timeskips*
Ivory's pov
We went back to the house where Renesmee proceeded to play piano with Edward, everyone was enjoying the sound until a vase shattered and of course everyone looks at me with a glare before realising I didn't do anything, Jasper rushed to Alice's side as the rest of the family realized she had a vision. I still didn't know why they hated me, I didn't do anything. After Bella explained what happened in the woods and Jacob told them about Renesmee catching snowflakes, Edward explained that the Irina thought that we were immortal children, and he explained how that was a crime and blah blah blah, I didn't pay attention until the talk about collecting witnesses, reluctantly Bella and Edward agreed to bring me along. And so we went north to visit the Denali's.
Time skip
Bella, Jacob, Renesmee and I waited in the car, I had grown again to look about 8.
"Ok time to meet some new people." Bella spoke to Renesmee.
"What if they don't like me." She whined.
"No they'll love you sweetie." Bella assured her.
"They just haven't met anyone like you before." Jacob finished. Bella, Renesmee and Jacob stepped out of the car with me coming out last. I saw four people two blond women who bore uncanny resemblance to Irina, a beautiful tanned skinned woman with straight dark chocolate hair and a man with black hair, all had golden eyes. The two blond women jumped back.
"The Volturi will come for us all." The woman with straight blond hair spoke up. The curly blond growled at Edward.
"You get those things out of here." She snarled. Even though I was used to it I flinched at the coldness in her voice, an action that went unnoticed by my family, but not by the Latina woman standing by her mate.
"She's not what she looks like." Of course he would leave me out of it.
"This is a crime the curly haired woman attacked Edward and Bella raced over to help.
"Stay back!" Bella growled.
"She has blood in her veins, you can feel her warmth." The woman who I learned was named Carmen looked at me.
"I can feel it." She confirmed. Kate, Tanya and Eleazar looked at her with cofused expressions.
"I'm her biological father, Bella is her mother." Edward told them.
"Impossible." Kate looked skeptical.
"It's true she was born while I was still human." Bella assured.
"I've never heard of such a thing." Eleazar muttered.
"She can show you if you let her." Edward said. Carmen nodded and Bella nudged Renesmee forward.
"No." Carmen said before holding her hand out for me. Bella snarled at me before shoving me forward. Kate and Tanya looked at Bella with scowls. I walked up to Carmen and she smiled. "Hello little one." Her voice was so soothing.
"Hi." I whispered shyly. She clasped my hand in hers and nodded her head in confirmation. I gently placed my hand on her cheek and showed her my memories which were filled with verbal abuse from my so-called "family". She took my hand and led me to Tanya. I reached out my hand and Tanya flinched.
"This is how she communicates." Carmen assured and gestured for me to continue, I placed my hand on her cheek and showed my memories to her. Kate was next and finally Eleazar. They all gave me a hug and I smiled an actual smile for once. Carmen looked at my family before sharing a knowing look with her sisters and mate.
"We will help you on one condition." Tanya spoke.
"Of course anything." Edward nodded.
"We want to adopt Ivory." Carmen said grinning at me before picking me up.
"Ok." Bella said. Carmen hugged me and soon Tanya, Kate and Eleazar joined in. Bella pulled some papers from her purse and handed them to Eleazar.
"We were hoping someone would adopt that thing." Edward said while glaring at me. Kate used her electricity powers and knocked Edward on his ass.
"Never talk about my niece like that ever again." She snarled. I looked up at Tanya who was closest to me as Carmen and Eleazar, no wait, mom and dad were signing the adoption papers. She smiled down at me and I placed my hand on her cheek again. She nodded.
"Yep we're your family now." She assured and kissed my forehead. I giggled and nuzzled my face into her neck.
"I can take her." Auntie Kate pulled me close to her. I smiled happily as she held me in her embrace.
"Hey sweetie, I'm your auntie Kate, that's your auntie Tanya, and that's your new mom and your new dad. We're sorry auntie Irina got you into this mess." She sighed heavily. I just nodded and held out my hand allowing a small flame to dance around on my palm auntie Kate looked shocked and I quickly closed my palm extinguishing the fire. "Can you do that again?" She inquired. I nodded and held ou t my hand again but this time I created a small tornado in my hand. She looked at me with wide eyes and a huge grin. "What else can you do sweetie?" She seemed genuinely interested in me, and not in a greedy way like the Volturi would be. I placed my hand on her cheek and showed her that I could show my memories like Renesme, influence the elements, I was a shield like Bella and I could mimick others powers too. She looked at me and smiled.
"Done!" Carmen exclaimed gleefully. Eleazar came over and scooped me into his large arms.
"Show them babygirl." Kate nodded and I placed my hand on dad's cheek showing him my gifts.
"What?" Mom asked as she came over.
"She's gifted." Dad grinned down at me. I looked over to see Bella and Edward glaring at me, I focused really hard and some roots came up from the ground and wrapped around Edwards foot before pulling his feet out from under him. Mom and both of my aunties giggled while dad let out a booming laugh. I was happy this was my family.
