Sal watched from afar as the love of his life kissed another man. They didn't know the pain it caused him every time they kissed the man.

They loved the man, Sally loved them. Of course, they didn't know this. How could he tell them?

The day he was to tell them of his love, they told him of their date with some guy.

This guy was better. His face was perfect, his hair was perfect, his posture was perfect. Why couldn't Sally be that perfect? People say perfect doesn't exist, yet the way y/n talks about him makes it seem so.

"His hair is just so soft and beautiful! His eyes are so dark and pretty! And his scar on his left eye is so beautiful! Ugh, I love him so, so much!"

Those words always rung through his head. Now, it was the day of her wedding. The day they would tie the knot with the perfect man. That perfect man just wasn't Sal.

Now, the two danced as a married couple. They looked so happy, yet Sally didn't feel happy. Larry was patting his back in support, Ash was topping their drinks and Todd was dancing with his husband.

Even Larry had gotten himself a partner, a guy named Sasuke. Ash was single, but a mother to Sakura. Sakura was a sweetheart, always trying to make others happy. That's how Sally ended up hangout with the five year old, because she made him smile.

Years had passed by and now Sal watches over y/n's kid, Naruto. Y/n and her husband, Kakashi, were on their 5 year anniversary date.

Sal was still single, no children and no real happiness. Even Ash had found a new man. Though, Larry and Sasuke broke up, he found this girl named, Ino.

Why couldn't Sally find someone to love?

That's right, he did, they just doesn't love him back.
