🌲 Evan 🌲:
It was your first day at a new school and you had absolutely no clue how to get around. In a sad attempt to get help, you kept asking random people for help. All of which were ignoring you. You stumbled around the mass of people eventually stopping and coming to a full stand still. You realized it was hopeless and gave up.You were fighting tears. People weren't this mean at your old school. You spun around on your heel quickly and ran straight into a blonde boy wearing a blue polo. He immediately started panicking, trying to muster out an apology but all he could manage was stutters.
You came to your senses and calmed him down by introducing yourself. After a couple attempts he got out that his name was Evan. You pulled out your schedule and asked him where your first class was located. His eyes grew in surprise with the knowledge he shared that class with you. With a smile of relief you asked if you could hang out with him.
Shocked to hear this question, Evan shyly nodded afraid he'd scare you away. The two of you walked off in the direction of the classroom.
⚫️ Connor ⚫️:
You were sitting in history class about to get homework. It was a project based on your favorite time period in history. You were probably the only one actually excited but you didn't care....until you found out it was a group project. You wanted to just do it on your own but your teacher insisted everyone has to work with a partner. She went around the room with a hot filled with everyone's names. You reluctantly picked a name. "Connor Murphy". You immediately turned around and made eye contact with a long haired boy sitting in the back row. You stood from your spot and went to greet him.
You gave him a genuine smile and pulled a seat up. He was surprised by your willingness to work with him. Everyone else usually ran away or called him names. It was a breath of fresh air for Connor.
You wrote down a time and place for Connor to meet you to work on your project. Then to your surprise he said
"Looking forward to it"
🧼 Jared 💣 :
It was gym class. You were off doing your own thing with your own friends when you heard a snicker. Confused, you shifted your attention to a boy. He was on the football team and known to be a jerk when it came to girls. He had been making rude remarks about you and your friends all class and you had enough of it.Being the bullheaded one of your group, you stomped towards him angrily. You gave him a piece of your mind. You expected him to back off or at least stop his side comments. To your dismay, he laughed right in your face and announced he wasn't going to stop. You shook with rage, especially because you knew you couldn't do anything about it.
Then from behind you, you heard someone else clear their throats. You turned and saw a shorter boy with glasses. He approached and asked the jock if he had nothing else to do other then to mock girls. After a few roast by the boy wearing the glasses, the jock got board and gave up.
You thanked the boy and asked his name. He said it was Jared. He asked if you were okay. Once you replied with a yes, he gave you a small smirk and slyly asked if he could see you again sometime. You playfully rolled your eyes and declared that he did deserve something for helping you out, so you agreed.
🎵 Zoe 🎵:
You were always fascinated with music. Everything about it made you happy. You had always wanted to learn how to play guitar specifically. You found it so mesmerizing how someone could remember all of those chords. You had tried to learn before but never really stuck with it.You were at home one night horribly board and lonely. Your parents left you home again to go out. They probably forgot to leave you money for dinner. You looked at the clock and saw it was nearing 6. That's when you were reminded of a Jazz band concert happening at school that night. Deciding you had nothing better to do, you grabbed your phone and wrote a little note for your parents if they did make it home before you did.
You then headed off to watch the concert. Once there, you were enthralled with every aspect of the show. But one girl caught your eye right away. She sat in the back and most people probably would've missed her, but you didn't. You watched her for the whole thing amazed by her movements. You knew you needed to talk to her afterwards.
When the concert ended, you raced to meet her by the stage door. She was a little taken back by your sudden appearance. You told her that she did such an amazing job and that you couldn't wait to see her preform again. She smiled and thanked you. She then asked if you wanted to hang out for a little after the show. Little did you know, she just didn't want to go home to Connor and her fighting parents. You immediately accepted and the two of you adventured into the night. You told her of your want to learn guitar. she responded with a grin and said "I could teach you"
📚 Alana 📚:
You were in the library trying to find a book on some boring topic for Health class. You had to write an essay on something about making friends. You hated it and were trying to get it done as soon as possible. After you spent a good 10 minutes searching, you gave up and decided to just ask for help. The librarian had stepped out for some reason and this left you with no sort of guidance. Luckily for you, a very eager girl was watching you from afar. She hopped up to you with a big toothy grin. She asked if you needed help and you nodded slowly, unsure if you really wanted her help at all.
She immediately took your hand and lead you back to the section you were searching in. After asking you what you were looking for, she plucked a book from the shelf and handed it to you. You couldn't help but find her energy and eagerness fascinating. When you didn't thank her and leave, she stood confused.
You then shook yourself back to reality and apologized. She giggled and said it was all alright. Before you could leave, she asked if you wanted any help with your project. She claimed she knew a lot about making friends or... acquaintances...
