Dear Evan Hansen Preferences

First Date

🌲Evan🌲:
He took you to on a surprise picnic. He wanted to make your first date special without having to go to extremes. He knew you weren't a huge fan of attention anyways. The two of you sat on a blanket and watched nature do its thing. He even awkwardly wrapped his arms around you to cuddle. You sat your head on his chest.

"Ev? Thank you for this...I'm having a wonderful time."

Evan's eyes lit up with joy. He was happy he had pleased you.

⚫️Connor⚫️:
Connor spent a good potion of money on all of your favorite foods. He would make you dinner if he could cook. He decided the safer option was to just settle down in a private place with all of the things that make you happy. This private place ended up being the Murphy's basement. He had bowls of candy, and even ordered out pizza and chicken wings for you two to chow down on while watching a movie of your choice.

🧼Jared💣:
He made it super dramatic. He even got balloons. Jared decorated a spot next to the banks of a local lake. He even got candles to light too. When you were approaching the date sight, he covered your eyes with his hands. After you had asked him for nearly the 15th time what this was about, he eventually chuckled and removed his hands.

"Happy first date, babe!" He smirked leading you to your spot at a card table he had set up.

🎵Zoe🎵:
You two had hung out so often in romantic atmospheres that you two weren't sure if this even counted as a "first date". Zoe declared she wanted to make it special regardless on if this was the first date or not. She loved places that were quiet and calming, so she planned a trip to the beach. The sun had set and you two were holding each other's hands looking off into the ocean...or lake. You didn't live near an ocean...Zoe pressed a kiss to your head and you two remained in comfortable silence.

📚Alana📚:
She had no idea what a first date really entailed. She decided doing some research couldn't hurt. She studied how a basic first date is supposed to go. She made reservations at a restaurant and told you she could pick you up at 6 that night. Once at the restaurant she read from a list what you supposedly need to do to make it a successful first date. You stopped her immediately by saying:

"Let's just be us. Let's let this night be whatever it turns out to be. We don't need an itinerary. I'd much rather just wing it."

She looked at you confused but then cleared her throat and set the paper down. You smiled and grabbed her hand. You then nodded and said:

"Now tell me all about your day."

Alana then started talking and you just sat back and listened.
