I look at him and then continue to get the milk and eggs. Before I could leave the isle he begins to talk. "Were you that anxious to see me again?" I turn around and look at him. He had a smirk on his face which was very annoying. "No." I say to him with all the attitude I could give. He pretends to hold his heart. I look at his outfit. A green shirt, black Jeans and his usual Vans. His black hair stood out with his shirt. "Oh you hurt my heart! I dont think I'll ever recover." He says with a mocking grin. "Oh poor you!" I say completely annoyed now. "So, I was thinking of when to pick you up?" he says and then continues " How about one o'clock?" I looked at him confused "What do you mean?" I say honestly. "Oh don't tell me you already forgot? It's our date!" I was majorly confused by then. "It is not a date!" I practically shout. "Well than what is it?" He says and I switch the milk to my other hand this one getting cold. "Well how about just hanging out between two people! Because I have a boyfriend!" I say turning around and continuing "And one o'clock is fine to hang out!" I say walking down the aisle. I could feel his smirk from here. I make sure to get pretzels and animal crackers a specific request from Olive and Joe. Walking out of the store angrily I drove off. After breakfast I filled in Olive what happened at the ice cream parlor and the store to both of them. "So when is he picking you up?" Joe asked from the recliner. "One o'clock." I say looking at the clock it read 10:58. "Oh no we need to get you ready now!" Olive yells pulling me off the couch "Why though?" I ask looking at her confused. "Because" she says "It takes time to get ready!" We head upstairs to Olives room Joe following us with pretzels in her hands. I didn't like half of the outfits she suggested because they weren't me. By time we were done it was 12:45 and I look at myself in the mirror and didn't recognize the girl in front of me.
