"So what do you want to talk about?" I ask looking at my hands on my lap. "Well for starters I want to apologize for what happened at the cafe and not driving you home." He says handing me the flowers. My face felt hot knowing that he really didn't have to do that. "Ah well thanks. You're forgiven." I say looking down. It was awkward for a few moments in silence. "I'm sorry but I'm not good at apologizing." He says rubbing the back of his neck. "Well you're not good at thanking people either." I mumble smiling at him. I look up at him to notice that he was smiling back. I walked Erik out and we said goodbye. Feeling so light I walk upstairs and get ready for bed. I look at my notifications and see that I had 7 missed calls from Andrew. I started to feel guilty. It's not like I was cheating on him or anything. We just went to hang out that was all. But was that really the case? I groan to myself. I was so confused. We just went to hang out! Maybe Joe is right, maybe he does like me? No that's stupid he wouldn't. He thinks to highly of himself. I turn to my side and ignore the calls. I need time to think. Watching a few videos on YouTube I blank out on a few thinking about Erik's and I's hang out. And then I finally get to go to bed. The next morning I wake up and notice talking going on downstairs. I get up and get dressed in to a Jean skirt and one of my school shirts. Walking past the bedroom I notice that only Olive was up while Joe was still asleep. Checking my phone it was 10:37 AM. Walking downstairs I smell delicious bacon and it continued to get better each step I took. Olive was in the kitchen when I got to her. I then looked behind her and noticed who it was she was talking to. "Andrew? What are you doing here, I thought you were coming up next week?" I said taking in what he was wearing. He wore a Nike shirt, blue jeans, and white Converse. "Well hello to you to! I tried to call you to tell you that I got a break from work and that I was coming up but kept getting your voicemail." He says. And then the doorbell rings.
