Violetpaw
Violetpaw curled up tighter as the sunlight streamed through the den. "Wake up, the prey won't catch itself" She heard Stormpaw whisper to her. "Hmph" she groaned, her mew muffled by the moss.
"Come on!" Complained Stormpaw. "It's my warrior assessment today!" Violetpaw immediately forced her eyes open. "Warrior ceremony?" She echoed in awe. He nodded.
"I'm so happy for you!" She purred and put her tail tip on his shoulder. "Stormpaw!" Graywhisker Called to him. "It's time for your assessment." Violetpaw gaped.
Stormpaw smirked. "Right now?" She asked. "You've been asleep so long!" He chided her He backed out of the den. "Coming Graywhisker!"
Violetpaw stared in pride at Stormpaw. Runningfur Called Puddlepaw over to him too. "Your job is to bring back a item that you think represents the last part of you're name." Graywhisker explained to the two apprentices.
Puddlepaw glanced at Violetpaw with a look in her eyes. Violetpaw couldn't identify it. "We will be watching you- but you won't see us" added Runningfur. "Are you ready?" Asked Graywhisker. "Yes!" Exclaimed the two apprentices. "We will start then" replied Runningfur. "Go!" Screeched Graywhisker.
The two apprentices pelted side by side out into the forest and then split separate ways.
"I want to be like them" Said Bluepaw, padding towards Violetpaw. "You're turn will come soon" she reassured her. "I hope so" she curled her tail over her paws. "What do you say we got hunting?" She asked. "That sounds good" Violetpaw heaved herself to her paws.
"Race you!" Yowled Bluepaw, charging for the entrance. "No fair! You started first!" Violetpaw chased her.
