Hey guys, I decided to do a romance/ Teen fiction novel so let's see how this goes.

With a relieved sigh I sat at my lunch table and waited for my friends to show up. Hi, my name is Taylor aka the class nerd or the person most likely to succeed according to most. Yeah, a great way to get guys at a high school known for its athletic department and did I mention my school is huge? We have about four thousand students. And today was one of those 'worst day ever' days and I have only been to four out of my seven classes.

Actually, for once it wasn't the actual classes that were the problem. No, it was me running into another Senior while climbing up the stairs. See what had happened was my friend left me at the bottom of the stairway to go to her first period so I trudged up the stairs by myself and was perfectly fine until the top step when someone from behind pushed me and that caused a nice chain reaction.

With a startled cry, I tripped and the person in front of me went down with me. He landed on the hard floor with his face and I managed to turn just in time to land on my back next to him. With a slight groan, I stood up as he did and brushed myself off before instantly going to his side. "Are you okay? I'm so sorry I didn't mean to take you down with me."

His head turned towards me as he got up and although he was glaring at me with an annoyed look, I couldn't help but notice how hot he was. He had smooth tan skin, short dirty blonde hair, and gorgeous light brown eyes. He had muscles that looked trapped in his tight undershirt. Looking down I noticed that his football jersey was in his hand.

When he stood straight I had to look up at him since he was a good six to seven inches taller than me. He must have noticed I was checking him out because he rolled his eyes and sighed "Great another fangirl." Oh and there you have it, he isn't that hot anymore.

Giving him a smile I said "Great another jerk." He looked surprised at me while everyone around us stopped to stare, making my face heat up some. Luckily his next words took out any embarrassment I had from being center of attention.

"Huh, so girly has some backbone." He smirked down at me like I was a little girl who got caught with my hand in the cookie jar. Oh, that was a dumb move pal.

Rolling my eyes I started to walk away. "Whatever you say, glad to know I wasted my breath on a moron." I couldn't help the smirk that crawled onto my face from the oh sounds coming from behind me as I calmly walked to the first period. Now that doesn't seem so bad now does it? Wrong...oh so wrong.

After the bell ringing, I was sitting in first and a guy who sat next to me leaned over and asked: "Hey, why did you yell at Drake like that?" I looked over at him and gave him a confused look. Did he mean that jock I accidentally bumped into?

"Woah wait you yelled at Drake? How could you?!" A girl to my other side asked in a hush but threatening tone.

"Uhm I didn't really yell..." I honestly didn't know what to say as a few other girls heard the guy and turned towards me. If looks could kill, I would be ashes by now. I didn't know we had some fan girls here that drooled over football jocks. Luckily our old teacher got everyone's attention and the glares stopped for now.

As soon as the bell rang I bolted out of class and hurried down the hall. Meanwhile, I heard girls scream after me making people stop and turn. "Don't stop! Move!" I practically yelled as girls from my first period chased after me. I knew that girls liked the jocks but not to this degree! I managed to lose them by blending in the crowd and then darting into my second-period hallway. When I arrived at second-period, I was one of the first ones there and quietly sat down while trying to process what just happened
