The rest of the week was boring and dragged out. On Monday I talked to the administrators and they agreed to meet my coaches the next day. Luckily the meeting was held during third period so I got to get out of third period without seeing Kane. I was thrilled till I stepped foot in that meeting room and I noted that Steve was pulling off his usual scary coach act. Although it's not really an act. He's just a scary person at times.

Anyways we all talked and since winter break was in a week, and we are doing the winter ball, they figured why not with the parkour show. They said it was a treat to those who can't go to the ball. So it was decided to do it on Friday since next week is exams, sadly. We're going to do it on the ninth grade center during both lunches and during the last ten minutes of seventh period we're doing it over at the main campus in the courtyard.

So after school, instead of going to football practice like usual, I went to the gym and helped pick out who can do it and what exactly we are doing since I knew the layout of the courtyard. Steve kept persisting that I do some and I said I would but only if I was mixed in with a few others. He agreed to that and Julian said he would let me know when it was my time to jump in.

Now it was Thursday when something interesting happened. The beginning part of the day was fine. Third period was awesome. Kane skipped so while we were doing last minute studying, me and the guys joked around like we used to without fear of Kane coming behind me like he would. Then fourth, then Lunch came.

We were all sitting at the table when it happened. Me and Shaun have been sitting at a table with Matty, Dani, Carolina, Jisa, Eddie, Adam, and Charlie. Yeah our table is full and usual Dani would sit in my lap or Matty would. Not the first time we had to do that so eh. Today however my legs were a bit sore from people sitting on me all week and yesterday I had to work really hard with coach Steve to finalize the plan for tomorrow. Had to do a lot of running and jumping.

So when Dani was about to sit in my lap I said "Nope not today." Dani pouted at me as she stood next to me. Sighing I got up and let Dani take my place next to Shaun as I tried to eat my pizza slice while holding my plate. Rolling his eyes, Shaun looked at me for a second before suddenly two strong hands grab my waist and soon I'm in someone's lap.

Of course I was stunned as hell but then I shrugged off and ate my pizza. Shaun laughed at this with everyone else and I grinned wide. At least I don't have to stand. Glancing around like usual I saw Drake sitting by himself with his found in hand. He looked a bit upset as he stared at it. I tapped Shaun who raised an eyebrow at me. Then I gestured towards Drake.

"Oh, it's probably his mom. They don't get along." I made an ah sound then looked at Shaun for a second then at Drake. His table is bigger than ours so all of us should be able to fit without someone sitting on another's lap. "Hey how about we go join Drake?" Shaun suggested as he looked at me then Drake. There was some doubtful looks.

Rolling my eyes I took a bite of food, put it down, swung my bag over my shoulder as I got off of Shaun and then grabbed my plate and walked over with Shaun behind me. Without warning I put my plate next to Drake and sat down beside him as Shaun came next to me and joined me. See our table can fit 8 people while this one can fit twelve people comfortably.

Soon the three girls sat down on one side with Adam and Charlie taking another side and the couple taking the other side. Drake looked around and then glared down at me as I ate. "By the way, thanks a lot for the other day and why are you sitting here."

"Because your a smexy lonely dude." Carolina piped in before going back to eating making us girls laugh.

"Well that and because your table is bigger." I started to finish up the pizza as Drake raised an eyebrow and sighed. I knew he was about to get up so I quickly spoke. "Oh come on Captain Jerk. I'm trying to be nice you know." That made him shot me a look of disbelief but he stayed put.
