Looking at a friendly face, I couldn't help for a huge smile to appear. "Nice to know someone cares," I grumble while fake pouting before smiling wide again. He chuckled.

Swinging his bag over his shoulder, we headed towards the parking lot. "So how did I gain the pleasure of your company Shaun?" He shrugged.

"Couldn't leave you alone now could I? Besides I wanted to find out how you learned how to do some of the things you can do," he explained it very nonchalantly and we just smiled as we went towards his car.

"Woah!" I stopped dead in my tracks when I saw it.

"What?" He turned towards me as he fished the keys out of his pocket.

"I didn't see you as a truck guy." I went to his truck and kinda admired it. He had a 1980s truck that had been fixed and now has a nice navy blue paint, the windows looked to be in perfect condition. He chuckled again before opening the door for me.

"I get that a lot, but a truck is better than a car especially when you have to give a ride to a bunch of huge football players." He reasoned as he tossed his bag in the back and I got in. I made an ah sound as I looked around in the truck. It was all in good condition and there was no new sparkly radio or anything that didn't belong in the classic.

Smiling, I got comfortable and put the skateboard between my legs, letting it rest on one of them. He got in and started the truck. "So what are you in the mood for?"

Hmmm, I don't want him to use too much money but at the same time, I didn't want fast food. "Anything but fast food is fine by me," I finally say. He simply nodded as he backed out.

"Hm, Olive Garden or Chili's?" I looked at him, surprised that he mentioned Olive Garden since that place is kinda expensive. Thinking for only a moment I remembered that Chili's had chips and salsa which sounded really good right now.

"Chili's!" He laughed before nodding and turned out of the parking lot and headed towards Chili's.

"So how did you learn how to do that throw?" He asked while stopping at an intersection.

"Oh well last year me and my friends Danielle, Carolina, and Jisa wanted to play a sport outside but Jisa had lost her basketball and all she had left was a football. So we asked my dad if he could teach us how to throw and we would go to the park and just keep throwing the ball back and forth.

"One time we had a contest to see who we could throw the farthest and I lost badly. I had good aim but I didn't have that spiral that made it go far. So I practiced with my dad till we decided to do another contest and I threw the ball past the football field and it hit the fence to the tennis courts. Still the funniest moment ever because I scared a few people who were playing tennis." I snickered as I remembered their faces. Shaun laughed as well while he nodded.

"Alright how about when did you learn to skateboard," he asked next.

"Hmm, that was during the spring break of sophomore year. I had saw a bunch of people at school bring skateboards and ride them so after begging him for months, I finally got a skateboard and Johnny taught me during the break." He made an ah sound sound and smiled as he found a parking spot. Leaving my skateboard in the truck, I got out and put on my over shirt and rolled down the sleeves since it had gotten cooler out.
