Yuzuki's POV:

"Ah, so it seems you're back to normal Yuzuki. So the gate being the trigger did work," Karlheinz said, grinning.

"No thanks to you leech." I hissed at him.

"Now, now there's no need to act like that towards me. I can practically feel your murderous aura." he teased.

My eyes glowed as I started throwing random fireballs at him. He easily dodged them and disappeared before reappearing behind me, grabbing my chin forcing me to face him.

"You look as beautiful as you were when you were young."

"GET AWAY FROM ME YOU PEDOPHILE!"

I tried punching him but he just grabbed my fist and looked me deep in the eyes.

"Hmm, so it seems all your memories haven't returned."

"WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?"

"You only remember my sons. The Mukamis and your brothers are going to be so sad when they hear the news."

"Mukamis?? Brothers??"

"WHAT DO THOSE HALF-BLOODS HAVE TO DO WITH YUZUKI?"

I turned and saw Kanato with Teddy, except Teddy's head looked like it was about to fall off.

'What happened when I was dealing with Richter?'

"Yeah, what do those stupid vampires have to do with me?"

"They used to be your childhood friends too, Yuzuki."

I froze.

"What did you just say?"

"You heard me. They used to be your friends, especially," he eyed Shu, "Edgar."

I grabbed his collar and threw him at the wall, actually succeeding this time. My breaths were heavy and my lips were pulled back in a snarl.

"Don't you DARE mention that name in front of me again! I will personally cut off your head with my own hands."

He chuckled as he stood up, dusting rubble off of him.

"I have already told them that the old you, Ayumi, was actually the one person they've been searching for! That was you, Yuzuki. Why do you think they approached you so casually? Though, I'm sure they already suspected that you don't remember them after the way you treated them."

".. And what of my brothers?"

"Ah, Carla and Shin. Carla is the First Blood King right now and I guess you could say that Shin is his right-hand man. Carla has definitely become powerful, even coming close to me, but he's sick with a disease that is incurable."

Carla and Shin. Their names sound so familiar.

"YOU'RE REALLY STARTING TO PISS ME OFF KARL. GIVE ME MY MEMORIES BACK!"

"But what fun would that be?"

"YOU COWARD."

I imagined a glass box around the stupid guy and grinned when I saw that it had appeared. I squinted my eyes and focused on it. watching it get smaller, but Karl didn't seem fazed.

"You have definitely gotten stronger, but that won't be enough to defeat me, young Yuzuki."

He tapped the glass and it shattered around him. I widened my eyes as he suddenly appeared in front of me, holding a knife. He stabbed it into my right shoulder and I cried out, falling down onto my knees.
