I got back from my trip in Monte Carlo after staying there for a two months and I was not feeling well.
"You look pale." Ashley said as she guided me to a bench. Ever since I returned I was always dizzy and vomiting every single morning.
"Did you go for a check up? " I shook my head.
"I think you should go, Moe. Anyways can you believe it we're going to graduate after a month! Did you apply on a college?"
"I did. And two of them accepted me."
"Me too!! Cambridge University and Harvard."
"I was accepted on Oxford and Berkeley." We parted after Ashley received a call from Drake.
I walked in my house and felt vomiting again I run to the restroom and throw. I heard my door opened and Alexander's voice was horrified as he run to rub my back. "Moe, What's wrong?"
I tried to shook my head but all of a sudden everything went black.
"She's pregnant." I heard an unknown voice talking. "For how long?"
"Eight weeks." The female said. "I should go. I had to do my rounds.. call me if something went wrong."
I opened my eyes and bright light shines before my eyes. "Moe?"
I saw Alexander's eyes full of worried and relieved at the same time. "Where am I?"
"At the hospital. You fainted earlier and due to my panic I brought you here." He tried to suppressed his smile.
"Why are you smiling?" I asked irritably. He put his arm around me. "We are having a baby!!! I'm so happy! Mom should—"
"What!!! No! We aren't going to have a baby! There's no way I'm having this child!!!!" I blurted out. His happiness turned into a horrified expression. "What do you mean?"
"I'm aborting this thing!" Suddenly my words taste bad. How could I do that? Refer to my baby as a material.
"Moe, I beg you.. Don't kill our child.." He started moving his hand in my stomach. A tear fell on his cheek and he quickly wiped it. Why am I being cruel. All he did was care for me. "Don't.. please.." He started sobbing in my chest. "Moe, please..."
I felt my heart being twisted. Somehow its making it hard for me to breathe. Alexander kisses me and as we shared a kiss it made me gain the strength that I lose. "I'll do anything..for that child except letting you kill him."
"I'm sorry, Xander. I shouldn't have said that. I take it all back.. but let me figured this thing first.." He smiled and kisses me again. It bothered me a bit. I still love Carter and now that I'm having this child I have to let go of Carter. This will ruin my relationship with the Grant.
After staying at the hospital for a day. I admit that Alexander was being careful of me. I can see it in his eyes the joy that being brought by this child inside of me.. still.. I need to figured things.
"I bought some fruits and vegetables and other healthy foods for you and our baby. I also asked your obstetrician what food and things can you do while bearing the baby." It's sweet of him. Really.
All I did all day was lie on the bed and let Alexander do my house choirs. When he's done he took a quick bath and lay next to me. "Hey, little buddy. Make sure you stay healthy. Mom and Dad will make sure you get your proper nutrition." He planted a kiss on my belly.
"Alexander stop that.. it tickles, you know. And what's with the name address? Mom and Dad?"
"What do you want our baby to call us,then?" I thought for a moment but came out with nothing. "I guess it was better then."
Is this what mom felt when she was having me in her womb? Somehow, it made me happy. "What are we going to call our baby?" Alexander asked as he rubbed my belly.
"Looks to me that daddy is excited to name you, baby. Tell me what you think." Alexander smiled.
"If it was a boy I wanted to name him André and if it was a girl I'll call her Nicola."
"It's kinda hilarious I was thinking of a name similar to your choice. Nicolas and Andrea. What if we combine the two names? Nicolas André .. or Andrea Nicole."
"I love it. So, it settled."
"But I also like the name Zoe"
"Then we'll call her, Zoe. And if it was a boy?"
"Alenique" He nodded. I gave Alexander a hug and fall asleep.
