Kiba:
I stood in front of Hinata and Yumi. While in battle Shino sent me a reassuring look that told me he was fine on his own. I concentrated on my fight with the girl known as Miwa.
"Let's go Akamaru!" I yelled to him. He barked in response. I ran to the left and he straight foreward. 'Let's kick some a**!' I thought proudly. Akamaru jumped above the girl, spun around, and "marked his territory" before landing.
"Ahh! Your going to regret this you filthy butt!" she shouted. Akamaru's paws hit the ground and ran around the girl now as as clone of me. I too continued running in the circle until we were on opposite ends of the circle.
"Fang passing fang!" I growled, and spun around up into the air and we both cashed into the the spot Miwa had been.
"Damn it" I cursed. She'd dodged and the mist had thickened. I chuckled softly.
"You can't hide, not when Akamaru marked you" I informed Miwa. My nose twitched slightly. I could smell her nearby; however, it was very faint. 'Damn mist' I thought bitterly. I crowched down and began to concentrate my chakra to my nose. I grinned, this ninja was good. My sense of smell was better than a ninja hounds like Akamaru's, yet she'd nearly masked her scent with this damn mist. I felt something tap my shoulder. Instantly I whirled around. In response there was a furrious hiss. Akamaru whinned.
"Are you trying to kill me?" Yumi hissed.
"Yeah sure" I said dramaticaly rolling my eyes -note my sarcasm. We were back to back with Akarmaru, too. Shino was still battling it out and Hinata was out cold. I gasped, Hinata!
"Where's Hinata?" I asked Yumi. Her eyes widdened from realizing Hinata vulnerablness. 'We needed to do something about this fog' I thought. I then felt something digging in my ninja tool pouch.
"Naw, you can't go taking me chakra pills without asking" I scolded Yumi.
"Shut up Kiba" she soud as she popped on of the purple chakra pills into her mouth. During war, and even now ninja carry small pills that can boost ones chakra enough to keep them fighting for three days. She made the tiger, snake hand signs and closed her eyes.
"There!" she pointed. We charged foreward.
"Don't you dare move" Miwa said smirking. She held Hinata, who was now just barely awake, and held a Kuni-Knife to her neck.
"Kiba-chan, Yumi-chan" she whispered.
"You'll hand over a scroll, or you die" Miwa said drawing the kuni-knife closer to Hinata's neck.
Yumi:
"What do we do?" I heard Kiba whisper. He whispered so quiet that if my sense of hearing weren't so sensitive I wouldn't have heard.
"I got it" I whispered just as quiet. 'Damn this was going to be risky' I thought grimly, 'but it's my only shot' I reminded myself. I closed my eyes.
"Well? No scroll?" Miwa asked. I slowly looked back up and starred directly into her eyes. She gasped, and her body tensed. I made the tiger hand sign to hold the temporary paralysis technique. 'Fathers lesson' I thought. This was one of Orochimaru's first lessons he taught me. Kiba, without me telling him, ran in and grabbed Hinata. As he jumped back my jutsu fell. Miwa is very strong, unbelievably strong. Suddenly she came running foreward and threw multiple shuriken at us. It was too fast though, not enough time to react. I put my arms up defensively, but the impact never came. Instead Shino's bug clone had been taken out instead. In the time I had Miwa had been held by my jutsu her Hidden Mist Jutsu had fallen apart.
