"Shouldn't you be gone by now? I mean, no offense but you've been here for a while now and you only fainted." I asked Minji while taking a bite out of my cold sandwich.
She shrugged, "Im here often, so they're running tests on me. Looking deeper into why I fainted and how to stop it from happening again."
"Oh." I was all I could say before nodding and turning towards the tv, where a lame sitcom was playing.
It had been a couple weeks, and my stay at the hospital was slowly coming to an end.
Meaning I would have to eventually leave Minji behind.
The doctors were all impressed at how quickly my leg had healed, especially since all the bones in it had almost been crushed to dust.
They told me I had at most a week left before they were allowing me to go back home.
Home sweet home.
"Jiho, baby." Sammy walked in with another sandwich and a cup of orange juice, "Im gonna miss you."
She leaned down and kissed my forehead, "Doctor Kim said you can leave tomorrow in the afternoon."
I tried to seem happy about it, but truthfully there was nothing waiting for me back at that empty apartment.
Only half a rap career and a group of idiot friends.

"Jiho," Minji called me while I slipped my shoes on, getting ready to leave.
I knew it was going to be awkward as fuck saying goodbye to her since we had become so close these last few weeks, so I tried to avoid it.
But now I had no other choice.
"I-Im gonna miss you." I forced myself to look at her as I spoke.
She gave me a sweet smile that made my heart give a squeeze, "Im going to miss you too.."
"Um," I cleared my throat and reached for my phone in my back pocket, before realizing it had been almost a month since it was charged.
"Do you have a number I can call you at? You know, so we can.." I trailed off awkwardly.
Minji nodded eagerly and reached for a pen. She grabbed my arm and scribbled on my palm, with cute curly handwriting, her phone number.
"I should be out of here in a few days.. Call me then?" I nodded and hugged her goodbye, mentally trying to brand the smell of her hair into my senses.
Taeil and Ukwon waited for me outside, since they were no longer welcomed in this hospital (unless it was an emergency) after an incident where Ukwon was found banging a nurse in a storage closet.
"You're too kind," I said sarcastically as I came out in crutches and neither bothered to open the car door for me.
"How long are you going to be in those?" Taeil asked from behind the wheel while inspecting my leg.
I shrugged and wiggled my toes, feeling no pain whatsoever, "Im perfectly fine. But the doctor wants to be an ass and have me walk around with these for a while longer."
"Dude, if you don't need them just throw them out." Ukwon chuckled from the back seat.
Taeil agreed. So I rolled down the window and tossed towards the front of the hospital.
They made a loud clattering sound as they hit the concrete, bringing attention to us. But we simply ignored it and drove off.
