Suffering the pitfalls of life, I
Surrender myself to pleasure

Survival of the fittest is the easiest
Success, giving life for a
Substantial reward that turns to
Smoke after a time;

Saving yourself is the only
Sure way to win,
Sonnets are written to
Sing of this travesty;

Songbirds flitter their wings as the
Sun emerges from the
Spatial horizon, giving way to a
Single new day;

Stars eventually emerge, at night, when
Suns run for cover, and
Solar flares vanish as
Suddenly as they appeared;

So what if it is never magical,
Sabers
Still hold their own against
Sure-fired dragons;

Silent thoughts fill my
Still mind, giving me a
Single moment of unequivitable
Solidarity in this ever-distrustful world
