Bound and Broken: Maya's Story

Chapter Twenty Eight

Kayla's POV:

I jumped and Shadow quickly moved away from the door of our room as it opened, producing Gina holding Lilac by her leash and one arm. She pushed her in and took off her leash, picking up mine from the dresser.

"Dinner will be soon. And Mrs Redd has yet to give you a punishment so for now you're in the clear. Enjoy it while you can" She said. Then she left, slamming the door shut. I moved over so she could sit on the bed.

"Where did you go?" I asked.

"Caught me in the hallway. Apparently Maya's orders were to take me here instead of to the punishment room like I expected." She answered, playing with the blankets. I shrugged and crawled onto the floor, lifting up a corner of the mattress. She rolled her eyes and moved over so I could move it enough to get the black notebook out.

"Im surprised nobody has found it yet. It's a terrible hiding spot" Shadow said, sliding down the wall to sit on the floor.

I've been writing in the notebook everyday, except when I was made to sleep in the bedroom with them. That was rare unless it was late though. So I only missed one or two days. It was getting pretty full and I had started drawing lines to cut pages in half and writing small to fit 2-3 days per page. It was pretty big but from my count a week ago I had only 5-6 pages left.

I flipped the worn notebook open and gasped. Every page was filled. Every single one. There wasn't a single blank page.

Shit. Now what am I going to do. I can't just ask for one.

I closed it with a sigh and put it back under the mattress. Lilac snorted.

"What did you do tear a page? What do you write in there anyway?" She taunted. I glared at her and crossed my arms.

"No. It's all filled up. And none of your business. It's personal" I replied. She held her hands up in surrender. That's when Gina threw the door open and tapped her nail against the door. 

"Come on. Let's go" She said. Both of us got up and our leashes were put back on. She grabbed the ends and led us to the dining room where Maya and Michael were there eating. Gina left and we both just stood there. My stomach growled in protest. Maya broke off their conversation to wave us over.

"Come. Sit at the table. Eat with us" She said. We looked at each other and slowly sat down. Lilac sat next to her Master and I sat next to Maya across from her. Two maid rushed in and gave us plates. I looked at Maya and she nodded. I grabbed a fork and a knife and dug in.

Mmmm. The food is good. I can get used to this

I noticed Michael was very interested in me at the moment, his eyes checking me out as best as he could from across the table. His gaze was making my skin crawl.

"Holy hell its intense. Why's he looking at you like that?" Shadow whispered. I shrugged and tried to focus on eating as much food as I could. I was finished a little after Maya and my plate was whisked away. Then they bought out dessert. The maids only gave one to Maya and Michael but it definitely looked big enough for two people. It looked to be a brownie doused with chocolate sauce, nuts, and ice cream. My mouth watered.

"Oh she's got to share that. That looks amazing." Shadow said, walking right over and smelling the air. I could smell it from here and right now I was really hoping I'd get a little piece. But as they ate it I found myself getting more and more disappointed as it slowly disappeared from the plate.

"Damn that was pretty good. Their best dessert yet" Maya said, grabbing a napkin and wiping her face. I tried to hide my pout as the plate was whisked away too. Maya just started talking to Michael.

It's been that way for 6 years. Why do I always think it'll be different? Stupid me. It's not like she'll start sharing with her pet

I felt Michael's gaze on me once more and then Maya tugged my leash to get me to stand. Then she handed it to Michael and grabbed Lilac's.

"I think we'll stay in the living room. Take her wherever" She said. Lilac looked nervous. Her eyes grew as wide as dinner plates when Gina returned with a flogger and handed it off to Maya.

"Well she's in for quite a good time" Shadow said with a smirk. I shoved her away.

Michael began leading me upstairs. Each step made me more and more anxious. I felt like my heart had dropped to my heels by the time we got to their bedroom door. I've been inside a few times throughout the years, but with Maya. Not Michael.

I know hard to believe but in 6 years it was only Maya touching me. He just watched or got busy with Lilac on the other side of the room. It felt weird to not be with Maya.

Calm down. It's just him. Not some random dude.

A leash tug snapped me out of my thoughts. He was already inside the room and was waiting for me to come inside. I slowly entered the room. He dropped my leash then locked the door. My body went rigid as he came up behind me and started playing with the shoulder strap on my dress.

"Why so tense? I'm not going to hurt you for no reason Kayla." He said. He took one strap and slid it off my shoulder. I gulped as he reached for the other and slid it off too. Then he slowly pulled my dress down until it hit the floor. Being naked I realized how cold he really was.

I'm confused. Why's he being so nice and gentle?

"Maybe because it's your first time with an actual man?" Shadow said from by the door. That made me anxious all over again.

"Geez. Relax Kayla. How about this. Afterwards you can come to the kitchen with me and have whatever snack you want. Only one though, Maya would spoon my eyes out if I gave you a whole bunch of sugar." He offered. I thought about it.

"Promise." I said without a second thought. He went silent and I feared I had already made him angry enough to change his mind. He stopped touching me and pulled his tie off, then his jacket. He sat down on the bed and reached up to move some of my hair back.

"Take my shirt off" It sounded less like an order and more of a request. But i did it anyway. I reached up and started with the top button. Then worked my way down. Once I got to the bottom I opened the shirt and then backed away, he pulled my back.

"Are you afraid?" He asked, petting my head. I gulped again. Then slowly nodded. He sighed.

"Gotta use your words for this time Kayla" He said. I looked down and he made me look up again.

"Y..Yes.." I replied as clearly as I could. He chuckled.

"Nothing to fear. I won't hurt you. You're too pretty to hurt Kayla"

Yeeeeee Michael x Kayla who would of expected that?! Probably everyone but know what that's okay let's pretend. Anyways. Dentist trips are not fun and the needles are too big for such a small area. Looks like they're used to drug fucking elephants.

I've got a raging headache enjoy the new chapter that I forgot to put out yesterday because I was busy sleeping and slamming my head into my pillow.
