Jeno smiled at her picture as he walked to the practice room. He bumped into a post, nearly dropping his phone. "Fuck."
"This is why you shouldn't be in love. It makes you stupid." Donghyuck sighed. Jeno glared at him, making him hide behind Jungwoo. "You wouldn't hit a puppy right?"
Jeno just huffed and walked away. He wasn't in love. He just thought she was cute and it made him happy.
"Good morning." Jeno greeted as he walked into the practice room. Most of them were there already including Namu.
"Morning!" Namu beamed. She was already sweaty as she had been practicing her next cover. She looked at everyone in the room. Jeno handed her one of the bottles of chocolate milk in his hands.
"I bought an extra one. You said it was your favorite." Jeno said.
"You didn't have to. Thank you so much." Namu grinned. She placed the milk in her bag, saving it for later. "I'd want to pay you back but I'm not sure how."
"Namu! Come here for a second." Johnny called. The girl sighed and excused herself. She walked up to the taller boy and soon was surrounded by other 127 members.
"I bought an extra one." Jaemin mocked, holding onto Jisung who had just arrived. He looked lovingly into the younger's disgusted eyes. "You said it was your favorite."
"Excuse me what?" The youngest asked.
Jeno rolled his eyes and put his stuff down. "I'm not in love."
"Jisung when you fall in love don't be like him okay?" Jaemin teased. Jisung took it as advice and nodded. He did kind of think his older friend was being stupid.
"Pst." A voice called. Jaemin looked back and saw Donghyuck and Ten beckoning him to come over. "Come here."
"You know what he needs?" Donghyuck asked quietly, looking around if anyone was listening.
"A brain?" Jaemin suggested.
"No. He needs a wake up call." Ten said. They all looked over at Jeno who was looking at Namu through the mirror. "We need to make him realize his feelings."
"Wait but doesn't Mark also like Namu?" Donghyuck asked. "He's known her for longer and knows more about to get her heart."
"But last night Namu told me about Jeno being her type." Jaemin whispered. "Her low self esteem makes her think that Jeno is just being nice to her."
The three continued their shady looking meeting at the corner of the practice room. Renjun and Lucas later joined them and wanted to help out.
Thus, the group began their plan of trying to get Jeno to acknowledge his feelings.

"From the top one more time." Namu said, restarting the music. "Focus on synchronizing with each other. The footwork is the most important."
She decided to walk around the practice room to see how it looked from different angles. A loud thud caught her attention and Jaemin on the floor was enough for her to stop the music.
"Are you okay?" She asked, running up to him. His hands were on his forehead as he writhed in pain. He had hit his head at the step at the end of Mark's rap. "Can one of you guys call the manager?"
"No don't. I don't want them to call off practice. I'm fine." Jaemin assured.
"I'll get some ice and a towel." Kun said, disappearing from the practice room.
"Take a quick break guys." Namu announced. Johnny helped Jaemin move to the side and had him lay down, his head on Namu's lap. She pushed his hair back and blew on his forehead. "What did I tell you about that step?"
"I'm sorry. My hand just slipped and the next thing I knew I hit the floor." Jaemin mumbled. Kun later came back and let Namu do the first aid. "Can I just rest here for the rest of practice?"
"Fine. Just rest, okay?" Namu said, giving in.
"Are you jealous?" Renjun whispered. Jeno nearly jumped when Renjun suddenly appeared beside him.
"Why would I be jealous? The idiot hurt himself." He huffed, looking away. "Of course she would be worried."
Renjun rolled his eyes and looked over at Mark. It was obvious the two of them were jealous. He looked at Jaemin who seemed to get the message.
"I heard that if you kiss it the pain goes away faster." Jaemin said with an aegyo tone. Jeno, who heard this, froze in his spot.
"Is he crazy?" Jeno and Mark growled at the same time. They both looked at each other for a moment. "What?"
"Cut the bullshit or I'll slam your head on the wall." Namu threatened. "Boys get back in formation."
The two boys just awkwardly walked away from each other and towards their formation.
"It's better safe than sorry." Jaemin whined.
Namu glared at him before giving his forehead a quick peck. She roughly slapped the towel back onto his forehead. She smacked his forehead one more time before turning her attention to the others.
"Well I guess I have to teach Lucas' part tomorrow. Let's just try to polish the footwork." She announced. "We'll do it from the top."
As always, Namu was strict with the way they executed their steps. She kept repeating the music if one of them made a mistake. Her hand found it's way to play with Jaemin's hair, hand lost in his brown locks and this didn't go unnoticed.
Jeno didn't like it one bit. He knew his friend was hurt but he didn't like how close he was being to her. It made his chest tighten and his stomach turn. He let his irritation out by dancing aggressively when it was his center part.
The five devils excluding Jaemin all smirked when they saw Jeno angry.
