The time has come

I stare at my reflection in the mirror as my mother brushes my long black brownish hair , I see my browns eyes stare back at me , I close my eyes as my mother kisses my head

" Only 3 days old sweetie your growing ."

I giggle and touch her cheek telling her I'm happy , she touches my arm and smiles then Daddy walk in mad

" Get storm, bring her to the living room ."

I watch daddy storm away , I look at my mother seeing what's going on , she put a pink dress on me and placed black shoes on me to ,my hair was down , I grab her hand and walk , I ran to uncle mikey and hug him Calum was talking to mommy so I listened in .

"Calum what's wrong dear speak to me ."

I saw daddy sigh then spoke with anger and sadness .

"Lukes mum said she's mute , she can never speak that's why she shows her emotions ."

I made sure uncle Mikey could hear this so I had my hand on his cheek showing him , I saw daddy clench his jaw then uncle mikey handed me to Kalie , I poke her nose ring then giggle as she made funny faces .

I brush my daughters hair as she stares at her reflection , I was thinking, she is so intelligent no other baby would know ,I mean toddler , then she closed her eyes when I kissed her , I honestly don't know what she is but she looks a lot like Calum , she has his hair and his eyes and his lips , she has my nose which is small but ya know life isn't perfect , I heard footsteps ,I knew it was Calum , I watched him walk in with a pissed off look , oh shit what did you do

" Grab storm and bring her to the living room ."

I shake my head yes and grabbed a pink dress throwing it on with black shoes , my daughter is a princess I'm keeping her that way , I grab her hand and we walk , I handed her to Michael then walk towards Calum

I heard him sigh the look up at me

" Lukes mum said she's mute , she's can't speak that's why she shows her emotions ."

I shake my head and glare at him wanting to slap him

" My daughter will speak she's three give her time , it's her emotions ok will get threw this ."

I watched him lean in for a kiss and I dodge it walking away
