Crash

*Lili's POV*

Today, like most days, I'm late to set so here I am in my car, racing to get to set at least only a little late.

As I'm driving, I see a stop sign but I'm going far too fast to stop for it but being the idiot that I am, I brake as hard as I can and end up losing control then crashing straight into the stop sign. It was only a small crash but enough to shock me and bring me to tears. As it was only minor, the airbag didn't burst out.

I usually have panic attacks in situations like these so I take deep breaths and try and steady my breathing. I quickly get my phone and call Cami. Luckily, she picks up straight away, which means she isn't filming.

"Hey Lil! You seem to be later than normal, everything okay?" She asks once she answers.

"No Cami...things aren't okay..." I press the phone to my ear with my left hand and hold my head in my right hand.

"Why? What's happened?" She asks, worry now in her voice.

"I've been in a car crash...it isn't too bad but enough to shake me up..."

"What?! Oh my god! Should I get Cole?" She asks.

"No! No please don't!" I quickly chime in.

"What? Why the hell not?"

"I don't want him to worry...look, I've called someone to pick up my car, all you need to do is pick me up." I request.

"Ugh, okay fine but I just don't want Cole to blame me for not telling him."

"He just doesn't need to worry, okay? and I'll make sure he doesn't blame you." I say and sigh.

"Okay, i'll be there soon. Text me the location, yeah?"

"Yeah I will. Thank you, Cami," I smile slightly.

*20 minutes later*

"Could it have taken you any longer?" I sigh as I get in her car, since mine had already been picked up.

"Oh I am sorry," She shakes her head and begins driving to set.

As we're driving, my phone buzzes and I pick it up to reveal a text from Cole.

Cole: Hey, where are u? You're SUPER late. Roberto is probs gonna kill ya...

Lili: I know...I just kinda slept in and my car wouldn't start so Cami came and picked me up. Just tell Roberto i'm sorry!!

Cole: Your car didn't start? Should probs get that checked out.

Lili: Yeah, don't worry. I will. See you soon?

Cole: Yeah, love ya

Lili: u too xx

"Texting your lover?" Cami asks.

I look over at her and she has a smirk on her face.

"Well, lying to him."

"Yikes. Don't even know why you're not telling him..." Cami says, keeping her eyes on the road.

"I told you. I don't want him to worry."

"Yeah but when you tell him that, he'll say something like..."

She pauses for a minute.

"Ohhh, but i'm your boyfriend, it's my job to worry about you." She says in a deep voice which makes me laugh.

*At set*

I quickly got out of Cami's car and raced to the hair and makeup trailer.

Once I got in, all eyes were on me, Cole's especially.

"Hey. Missed you." He says as he stands up and walks towards me.

"Hey sorry I'm late." I say and give Cole a peck on the lips.

"Why were you so late?" Casey asks.

"My car wouldn't start but I'm here now so everything is fine."

I sit in my chair and start doing my makeup while Terry (A/N: I love Terry but he's not on set anymore but i'm gonna add him in the story because he's my favourite 😂) starts doing my hair.

*6 hours later*

I've just finished filming and go into my trailer to pack up some stuff and head home. I've been ignoring Cole all day because I don't really want him to question me or anything.

In the middle of my thinking, I hear my trailer door open. I look over to see Cole. Great.

"Hey, I'm heading home and figured you'd need a ride," He chuckles.

I smile. "Yeah, I do."

"Before we go, can I ask you something?" He says.

"Um, sure?"

"Why have you been ignoring me all day? Are you hiding something?" He questions.

I sigh. "Damn, you're good."

"What is it, Lil? What do you feel like you can't tell me?"

"It's about me being late...I did sleep in but I lied about my car not starting..." I sit down on the couch. "It started and since I was so late, I was speeding quite a lot and...got into a minor crash, very small but enough to terrify me..." I finish explaining.

Cole sits beside me. "Lili, why didn't you tell me?"

"I don't know...I just didn't really want you to worry."

"I'm your boyfriend. It's one of my jobs to worry about you," He looks at me worriedly.

"Cami said that you'd say that," I chuckle.

I pause for a moment and look down at my knees.

"I'm sorry that I didn't tell you," I look at him.

"It's okay but please...if anything like that happens again, you need to tell me, okay?"

I nod.

"I love you," He says.

I smile. "I love you too."

He kisses my lips passionately.

"Let's get you home, shall we?" He asks.

I nod my head and we leave set, with an increased respect and trust in each other.

I'm SO SORRY for not updating this, I've just been busy with other things but...here is the next one. Sorry floralemi if this isn't really what you expected but I tried my best. Thanks for reading, guys <3
