*Lili's POV*

*The day after the game, Saturday*

So, today is the day that I'm going on a date with one of the most popular guys in the school. Part of me thought that he was just doing as a bet or something but...after that kiss, I don't think he is.

I'm sat at my vanity, doing my makeup and hair, I look at myself and think for a moment. Why would someone as hot as Cole Sprouse want to go on a date with someone like me?

I'm taken out of my thoughts when I feel my phone vibrate. Yes, I did give my number to him after the kiss so I get excited whenever my phone buzzes now.

Cole: Hey u, can't wait to see u :)

I smile at the message and decide to reply to him.

Lili: I can't wait to see you, too.

He probably thinks I'm a weirdo for doing perfect grammar but...I'm a grammar freak.

Cole: Ah yes, I forgot I was going on a date with a poet. Better use correct grammar at all times.

Lili: Are you trying to make fun of me?

Cole: Maybe ;)

Lili: Thanks 😂

I smile and place my phone down beside me and finish doing my makeup.

Around 10 minutes later, I hear a knock on the door. I rush to open it before my roommate can open it. Once I open it, I see him. The ever so handsome Cole Sprouse, a bouquet in hand.

"Hey," He breathes out.

I smile at him. "Hi."

I step outside and close the door behind me.

"Here, I got you these," He hands me the flowers.

I smile gratefully. "Thank you, just let me get my roommate to put them in some water."

I open the door and yell for Chelsea, my roommate and she comes and takes the flowers away, knowing what to do. I'm pretty sure Chelsea is my only friend. I know, sad.

Cole takes my hand and we walk out of our dormitory block. He then takes me towards the parking lot.

We both get in the car, him being a gentleman first and opening my door for me.

"You look beautiful, by the way," He smiles as he starts the car.

"Thank you. You look extremely handsome."

"Thank you. So, I told you not to dress up too much because I decided that we're going to go to the beach and have a picnic, assuming that you're alright with that?" He says politely.

I smile at his gentlemanly manner. "Yeah, I'm alright with that."

He smiles and starts driving to the beach.

"By the way, I think it was so nice of you to say what you did yesterday," I speak up.

"What do you mean?" He asks, glancing at me quickly.

"Just...the fact that you called me beautiful and that I shouldn't compare myself to others."

"Well, you are beautiful and comparing yourself to other people is...I dunno, I suppose I just wished that you understood how gorgeous you were and didn't think you had to change to reach what you believe is beauty."

I smile and lean over, placing a kiss on his cheek. I just see his mouth grow into a grin, knowing he didn't mind me doing that.

Soon enough, we reach the beach. We both exit his car and he grabs something from the trunk, probably the food.
