New Year

(A/N: This is only gonna be a short one.)

*Lili's POV*

Cole and I are sat on the couch watching the countdown to the new year on TV. We were going to go and watch it in New York but we were feeling lazy and just decided to stay home.

"What are your new year's resolutions?" He asks and looks at me.

"I don't know, I haven't really thought about it."

"Well I have, my resolutions are...smoke-less, not stop, just smoke-less," he chuckles. "I might just even get married this year too."

I look at him. "What did you just say?"

"You heard me," He smiles.

"You're a dork."

"Oh, I know," He chuckles and looks back at the TV.

The countdown gets down to 10 and we count down together with bright smiles on our faces.

Once the countdown is at 5, he looks at me.

"No seriously, do you wanna marry me?" He asks.

"What?"

"You heard me, Lils," He chuckles.

"Jesus Cole, of course I wanna marry you."

And as soon as the countdown finishes, we kiss.

I know there couldn't be anything more perfect than that night. It was best.

And now? We're married with 2 kids.

And I couldn't wish for anything better.

This? This is what you call a vv small chapter. Mainly since I don't have much time and needed to write something quick so here you go, they're back. Hopefully the next one is better.
