"Dad this is absolute bullshit." I comment as the five of us are standing under the bright sun of Los Angelas. "No darling it' reasonable." My dad came back as I study our surroundings. "Us going through a kidnapping scenario is reasonable?" Joe questions our dad. My dad nodded. "Why?" I ask him. "Because darling, all three of you are my kids, and I need you guys to learn how to defend yourself. I had to do this almost fifteen years ago. When Bohemian Rhapsody became a hit, the other band mates and I had to go through a kidnapping scenario. Members of the royal family also have to do this, so just picture yourself marrying Prince Charles." My dad explained.

Ben suddenly got excited. I don't know why. None of us want to do this. I do not believe that this is something I need. My father always raised me to be aware of my surroundings. Not making me paranoid but that was the way that I had to be raised. He always told me to locate the exit anywhere that I go. If a man talks to me I have to make a mental note of every physical attribute that they have. Yes, what he has told me to do has been beneficial especially in my teenage years. "Oh that would be great! Except I'm going to wear a better dress than Diana." Ben joked and my dad bursted into laughter.

A man walked outside to approach us. Immediately I would be scared shitless of this man but his entire demeanor was very calm. "Hi!" Joe greeted him happily. "Hello. My name is Thomas Coyne, and I'll be training you three in the skills of survival today." He introduced himself. This man looks and sounds like a complete badass. He must've been in the military at one point. I already had many questions. "I'm going to ask the obvious. In the most simplest terms, how does one simply get kidnapped?" Is my first question. "It's very easy for someone who is not aware. You could be in a club and see an attractive man. He can give you enough looks and gestures to lure you into a room. Instead of revealing his naked body instead, he instead reveals me in the bathroom with a machine gun." He explained and that was very intense for me to think about.

"Equally as arousing." Joe joked and caused all of us to laugh. "Are there different motives in different countries for kidnapping?" Ben followed with another question that I wanted to ask. Thomas nodded. "Absolutely. For example, in South America most of the time, you're dealing with ransom cases. They kidnap you, and when they get the ransom then they'll release you to make sure that the other person pays. Contrary to the Middle East, they may have other intentions." He explained to us. There was one last question I wanted to ask because I believed that it was valid.

"Out of the three of us, which one do you think is going to do the best?" I question. "Oh I want to answer that!" My dad suddenly chimed in. I turn around furrowing my brows. I want to know his answer and I hope that he is unbiased. "Ben, I noticed that you are a very good strategist out of these two. Joe would be the one to cause a distraction and Tiffany, I hate to break it to you but you're the most useless." My dad said. My brothers are laughing at me. What he said is not true. I'm not useless. In fact, I may be the smartest one of them all. He doesn't know what he's talking about.

Ten minutes later, all three of us were lead into a very large room. It wasn't in any way scary. I had only found it to be very bright. I was surrounded by punching bags and many weapons used for self defense purposes. We were standing in the middle of all this equipment. I knew that we weren't in trouble and that relieved me. I'm in a kidnapping scenario, not prison. But since I am experiencing something that could happen in real life such as kidnapping, I already know that I'm going to hate this. "The three most common ways of keeping you restrained are handcuffs, zip ties and duct tape. And right now we're going to teach you how to get out of all three." Thomas explained.

With that being said, the other man right next to him put handcuffs on both of our hands. They were tight on me which makes me even more alert. Or should I say fearful? "So how you get out of these, is you use a shin, which is this very tiny metal stick, you have to place in into the key hole. But you want to get it the first time because it tightens before it unlocks." Thomas explained to all of us. I had managed to figure it out first when my brothers had struggled for approximately three minutes.
