Card Trick Pt. 1

“Ok, that girl over there.”

“Really? She looks really feisty though.”

“Exactly.”

Camila raised her eyebrow, contemplating long and hard before releasing a big sigh at her friend’s dare.

“Ok fine, I probably would never see her ever again so why not just humiliate myself right?” She mumbled quietly to herself while approaching the figure in the distance.

“Yeah you keep telling yourself that!” Dinah yelled out to her friend from where she was standing.

“Shut up!”

Dinah couldn’t help but chuckle to herself. “Uuu girl, you’re gonna get slayed by that chica.”

Camila kept her eyes locked on her target, she was with 3 other friends. She was beautiful, brunette, had a killer smile. Camila couldn’t make out her face from the distance but she sure is one attractive girl. 

She cleared her throat and all four girls immediately turned their attention to her all at once.

Oh crap. Her eyes, they’re magical. Can this girl get any more attractive? This is a bad idea, I’m gonna kill Dinah.

 

“Hi.”

The emerald-eyed girl greeted Camila with a raspy voice.

“Um hi. I was just wondering- actually um no I uh- you’re- you’re so beautiful.”

As soon as those words left her lips, Camila could’ve sworn she heard Dinah’s obnoxious laugh behind her.

“Did you just say your thoughts out loud?”

A tall, model-like girl asked, laughing along with her friends.

“Oh my god……” Camila wanted to slap herself right there and then but decided since she got this far, might as well finish it.

“Umm sorry, I’m so sorry it just… slipped.” She quietly muttered glancing up to look at the beautiful emerald-eyed girl. Oh my, she actually looks like Megan Fox.

“Awwwwwww” The other three girls cooed at Camila’s bashfulness.

“You’re cute. I’m Lauren, what’s your name?” Lauren giggled.

“Camila.” A shy grin crept up her face.
