|Arc 2| Chapter Four. *17*

Nashi proceeded to try and kick Luke from his blind side, only for him to grab her leg and push her to the ground.

Luke sighs. "When will you learn that that'll never work on me?" Nashi pouts. "It'll work one day...I just need to add some more stuff to my technique."

"Looks like your losing..." Grace trails off and Nashi sends a glare her way. "She's only losing because Luke's going to rough. You can go easier on her you know? We still have time." Storm says, but Luke ignores him as always.

"Luke...I hope you know he's right. Don't put too much on her. She's only 14." Says McKenzie, holding onto his hand for support.

"Whatever, me and you are done training today." Luke tells her and Nashi nods, standing to her feet.

"You must like getting your ass beat by Luke." Says Gale, his head still in a book.

"Haha, very funny."

"Yeah seeing you get beat up is funny." Says Ryuuji And Nashi crosses her arms. "You two just love to bully me. Luke's too strong...the only person on par with him really is Storm."

"She's right about that. As much as you guys talk about how Nash isn't able to beat Luke, none of us could either." Says Scarlett. "Yeah... He's overpowered..." says Grace.

"Luke how many times am I gonna tell you to go easy on her? She's you little sister but you don't act like it." Says Nova.

"Why're you worried about it? You have no relation to our family, you honestly don't even have to fight Zeref if you don't want too..."

"But I do want to. We're friends remember?" Luke rolls his eyes. "She's right Luke, you can lean on us you know?" Says Rosemary.

But Luke didn't want to break down right here. He wanted to depend on his friends but...he didn't want to be a burden. And he was only teaching his sister what he learned. And when Natsu isn't around, he's the only one that can teach her magic.

"Luke." Says Storm, and Luke feels his face go pale. "Look, I was already disciplined by Nova and Rose, I'd rather not argue with you ice face."

But Storm keeps his glare. "You should've thought about that before. Why do you go so hard on Nash? She's only 14 remember?"

"Why should it matter to you?" Asks Luke, clearly pissed. "Your not even apart of our family. Just like I told Nova you don't have to fight Zeref either."

"What do you mean Luke? Even if I'm not a blonde relative we're still family Y'know? Plus, one day, Nash is gonna be my wife, fate already brought us together."

"Look Storm I'm not gonna deal with you today. Get out my way or I'll beat your ass."

"Well then you'll have to beat my ass flame-brain...but I kinda forgot you couldn't."

"You asked for it you-"

"Oh, looks like you two are fighting again? And over what?" Says a voice that Luke knew all too well.

Luke turns slowly and he realizes that everything could go down hill at this very moment.

"August Your here? Why?"

"Well I had heard-" But Luke wasn't listening. He was looking at McKenzie who was sending him a sympathetic look.

She must've tried to stop him from coming over here. He thinks to himself.

"Luke I can go in now right? I really need a shower too..."

"Oh, whose your friend Luke...? She looks kinda like-"

"This is my friend from the Ice Kingdom. She's never been anywhere else and came with us for the visit. Where gonna head inside now but we'll all talk letter. Let's go Nash. Now." Says Storm and Nashi follows him, seeing the seriousness in his eyes.

"Alright..." Nashi trails off and follows Storm inside.

"Are you and McKenzie still together?" Asks August. "What do you mean? I couldn't get rid of this idiot if I tried. Fate tired our strings together remember?" Jokes McKenzie, Who was trying to stop her racing heart. She failed Luke and Nashi.

"Your right about that? Where's Uncle Natsu? Is he around?" Asks August. "Uhm not sure. I think he's with my grandmother Anna. How long are you gonna be here?" Asks Luke. "Just a few hours. Why?"

"Just wondering. We barely seeing each other cuz." Says Luke.

"But we saw each other-" "Lets head inside!" Says Luke as they all walk towards the door.

"Do you think the kids are holding up good? Do you think Nashi likes the new environment? Do you Natsu's keeping them safe? What if Luke's too annoying and Nash has already killed him! What if it's the other way around?! Wait! What if Luke and Storm have killed eachother? He can't kill a prince! He'll get-"

"Juvia thinks your stressing too much," Juvia speaks up. "Juvia's right. I don't think anyone's dead yet. Storm and Luke have put up with each other for a long time they'll be fine. I don't think Nashi could kill Luke and Luke wouldn't kill Nashi and of course Natsu's keeping them safe." Says Levy.

"Levy's right. And Nashi probably loves the new environment. All she's seen is snow her whole life she probably loves it there." Says Erza. Lucy sighs. "Your right, your right. Sorry for stressing..."

"It's fine for a mother to stress, but try to relax Kay?"

"I'll be able to relax when Zeref's six feet under." Lucy Says jokingly but everyone knew was seriousness.

"Well...that should be happening soon Lu. Nashi just turned 14." Says Levy.

"Your right...I hope everything's going fine over there."
