|Arc 2| Chapter Nine

"So you guys got caught by your parents too...?" Storm Asks once they all loaded the boat.

"Yup...But our planned worked." Cheers Nova.

"You also disobeyed what we said." Says Mira, making Nova sigh.

"You guys shouldn't stay mad at us. Both of our plans worked? Right?" Smirks Rose.

"Your right...but you should try and listen to what we say. Atleast sometimes." Erza concludes just as Nashi and Luke come out, Nashi not being motion sick since she finally got medicine.

"You guys in trouble?" Luke teases and the group rolls their eyes. Nashi and Storm's eyes meet for a second before Nashi turns away, but Storm doesn't. "Hey, can we talk Nash?" He Asks. Nashi blushes, but nods, and follows him to somewhere more private.

"I'll start." Says Nashi, breathing in.

"The only reason I didn't except us being mates is because I felt like you'd leave...just like my dad left...but then I learned why he left, and although it doesn't change the pain from when I was younger, it made me realize what mates really are."

"I'm glad you understand Nash, although...I'll have to explain to you what mates really are." Says Storm. Nashi nods, waiting for him to continue.

"I'm turning seventeen soon, and by then I need to mark you or I could die...do you understand marking?" Storm Asks her.

"My moms told me a bit about it...I know there's a ceremony, just like Luke and McKenzie had one."

"So we'll have one?" Nashi asks and Luke nods, and it was silent for a bit.

"Hey Storm, I'm really happy that your my mate." She says, her blush unbearable.

"I'm really happy too Nash," he says, looking into her eyes, leaning in.

"Okay! That's enough! Wait till you guys mate geez..." Luke Says And both blush.

"Y-you were there the whole time?" Nashi stutters out.

"Actually we all were," Nova smirks, coming out from their hiding spot.

"I'm so happy for you guys, and I just want you to know I'll be planning the mating ceremony and the wedding whenever you choose for it to-"

"Stop talking Nova," Luke Says, cutting Nova off.

"Relax Lukey, you should be proud of them." Says Mckenzie. "Yeah Lukey," smirks Nashi making him blush. "I really hate you guys," Says Luke looking over to Storm.

"Break her heart and I break you," he tells him.

Storm rolls his eyes. "Yeah, Yeah, you won't have to," He says wrapping an arm around Nashi making her blush.

"So...any idea's on when mom and dad will be back?" Nashi asks Luke hopefully.

"No idea." He responds.

"Nice of you two to come to me." Zeref smirks, sitting on his thrown all high and mighty.

Natsu frowns and tightens his grip on Lucy.

"That's cute, after all this time she's alive. Same goes for your daughter. You guys have been a happy family right under my nose. What are you gonna do now? Kill me? Or at least try to?" Zeref smirks.

"We're not here to fight. We want peace." Lucy speaks up.

"Peace? Dont you think it's late for that?" Zeref says followed by laughter.

"We're serious! As much harm that you've brought to our family, we dont want you dead like the prophecy says." Natsu says.

"That prophecy means nothing. Your children can't kill me Natsu, you can't even kill me Natsu,"

Zeref says making Natsu's blood boil, but Natsu calms down.

"Well Zeref, we warned you, let's get out of here Luce," Natsu says.

"Like you guys could leave," says Zeref, about to attack them with some of his magic when it didn't hit them.

Lucy smirks. "Like that could work! I've been practicing!" Lucy smiles.

"While you and Natsu were talking, I placed an enchantment on you, which means we have exactly ten minutes to get out of here...starting now." Lucy says.

Natsu then turns into a dragon and Lucy climbs on his back, leaving. Also leaving a giant piece out of the wall.
