The jet takes off and flies above us. Thank god repeats through my mind almost endlessly seeing them safe.

Dad and Rhodey chase after the plane, Sam follows the two. After a moment Vision shoots a beam up at Sam only missing slightly but he hits Rhodey.

He hits Rhodey. No! No no no no no this can't be happening. Startled I jump up and use my telekinesis but it does no good so I run. I break out into a full on sprint ignoring the sharp pains in my legs from ever step. Not long after a streak of blue stops next to me revealing Pietro, he picks me up and carries me the rest of the way, getting there in a mere second. Dad and Sam were already by his side. He was unconscious as F.R.I.D.A.Y. read his vitals.

"I'm sorry," Sam mumbled. Dad blasted him and he fell back many feet.

"Dad!" I shout. "That- that wasn't him dad I- why?" I stop and let out a sob. Ripping off my mask I kneel next to dad as tears run down my face. "He- is he going to be okay?" I stutter out the words.

"I- I don't know honey," dad's voice breaks.

Time skip

I had special cuffs around my wrists and a shock collar around my neck preventing me from using any of my powers.

The jet came to a stop as we landed. There are no windows so I couldn't tell where we are but we have been flying for quite some time so it must be very very far away from my father. And uncle Rhodey, who is currently in the hospital and I have no idea if he will be okay, or if he's dead at this moment.

I had my suit but someone took my mask when I got arrested. Everyone had been eyeing me, waiting. Waiting for me to break. My tear stained cheeks showing how close it was. Unable to wipe the tears as they escaped they trailed down my cheeks and left my face red and itchy.

We each stood, two officers escorting us off the jet. Walking off of the platform, ocean waves surround us. Storms overhead, and extremely windy.

We were marched through a door and down stairs until we reached a desk.
"Name?" The man stated, with a dry voice.

"Samuel Thomas Wilson," Sam spoke first.

"Next," the same man grumbled, not looking from his spot as Sam was walked over to a separate room.

"Peitro Djoango Maximoff," Pietro scoffed.

"You're not in the system."

"He was in a coma. For thirteen years. He hasn't been awake long enough to get in your system." I sneer.

"No talking!"

I shut my mouth, not wanting this to result in more punishment.

"Next."

"Wanda Marya Maximoff," she answers, sneer matching mine.

"Next."

"Scott Byrne Lang," he answers.

"Next."

"(Y/n) Maria Stark," I glare at the man sitting infront of me.

He looks up from his computer and rolls his eyes. "Where you in a coma too?" He comments.

"Damn it," I mumble. "(Y/n) (Y/m/n) (Y/l/n)," I tell him.

"Next."

I'm pushed into another room where I see everyone else in a cell, besides scott.

"Here." I was given a jumpsuit and ushered towards a restroom as Scott walked out. A woman flashed something that looked like a taser near my wrist and my cuffs fell off.
