"There going to be fireworks and dances and lots more just be sure to stay in a group festival like these get really crowded said usagi."

"Well I didn't get back from him yet but maybe he's going to surprise you? Said usagi."

They went to the festival."
At the festival there was a arts and crafts center."

"So Chibi, hotaru and Elizabeth and Paula including the others went there first."

"It seems that you can make your own lanterns for the festival."

"Oh that wonderful said Elizabeth."
Chibi come on let's make lanterns together! Said Elizabeth."

They Sailor scouts made lanterns."
Elizabeth made one with hearts and lovely colors."

"They played the little festival games with other kids."
After walking."
Elizabeth saw beautiful flowers growing in a valley near the festival."

"Paula can we go pick flowers said Elizabeth." Why I think it's a good idea you can pick some for the Earl said Paula."

"Elizabeth went to pick flowers."

Elizabeth and the others went to the hill side to pick a spot and watch fireworks."

"After doing that the sun was starting to set."
So Elizabeth went back to wait until ciel came."

"She sat on a bench."
And waited and waited as the sun went down."

"Where is he said Elizabeth."
Usagi went up to Elizabeth."
Still not here said usagi."

"Yeah he promised me and he still hasn't shown up yet said Elizabeth."
