I breathed through my nose softly as I swallowed back a hard lump in my throat. My eyes wandered around the room of everyone, hugging and congratulating each other back and forth about making it to finals.

But I am so, nervous? Anxious?  What's the word?

"I think the word is amazing," A raspy voice called next to me. I smiled softly and turned my head to face Harry. I sat up on my foot and hugged him loosely around the neck. I breathed deeply against him.

"Congrats to you," I patted his back and tried to sit back but he jerked me back in his arm quickly. I huffed in surprise, but the pat was returned along with a whispered, "Everything will be okay." He pulled back from me as he gave me a winning smile. He stood back up and paced over to another group of guys, Lizzie whipped past him on her tiptoes. She plopped down in the seat he once occupied.

"Hey hey hey! We did it, girl! Three cheers for us! Hip hip-" She held a balled-up victory fist in the air with a wide smile on her face. I stared at her with a distasteful look beamed in my green eyes. Lizzie's fist lowered but the forced smile stayed on her face.

"I'll just go and celebrate with myself then. I can finish my celebration party!" She huffed with her arms crossed against her chest tightly. I sighed deeply and gently dragged a hand through my curls, my back rested back against the wall. Lizzie sat up more, a look of concerned filled her eyes with shades of grey and green, "Something the matter Harri?"

"Just not into the whole 'jumping for joy' over my accomplishments. I prefer to celebrate with a quiet diary entry and some Tacos my brother snuggled from work," I deadpanned while still staring out at the crowd of people. I felt Lizzie nod her head softly, a small sigh escaped her.

"Well, don't think of this as only jumping for joy; you can make it anything your heart wants! Like, look-" She sat closer to my side with her finger pointed out, "See? Aiden is calling family and friends. And look!" Her finger swayed to someone behind him, "There's Becky Becca from the good ol' Ireland chatting it up with her lover from above,"

I hate Lizzie, but I love her too.

I giggled while I sat back on my feet. I sat my back up from the wall as I continued to watch everyone celebrate. Nattie was being spun in a circle by another boy with blonde hair. Zara was zoning out with Zayn as they looked around, laughing. And Louisa, well, she's the real rockstar.

Isn't she?

The star of the show.

Way better than anything I've done.

She smiled along while taking a few pictures with this big group of guys. Her smile looked so forced and her eyes shined a deep grey, her... Ugh. I shook my head and looked away from her, my eyes fell back on Lizzie with a small grin.

"Right, I should go call my folks. I'll see you back at the rooms, okay?" I mumbled as I stood up from my spot. I dusted myself off and slid my phone out of my pocket. Lizzie nodded and jumped on her heels, running away to snatch Zara up around the waist hastily.

I shook my head with a giggle as I heard her screams in the background. I walked out of the front doors of the arena and quickly dialed up my dad. I closed my eyes, holding my breath as I waited for the dial tone to stop.

"Hello?" A sleepy voice answered over the phone. I heard some ruffling in the background but didn't know where it was coming from. Ask dad later about noises.

"Hey, Pop! Sorry to wake you." I apologized with a soft blush. He chuckled, making my shoulders relax.

"It's fine Harri, so, how did my little rockstar do? Are you going through to-is it the live shows yet or no?" I could see his eyebrows furrow together as he tried to work out what my schedule was again.
