I awoke with a massive headache and I had work today, great. I went out last night with Owen. Why did I agree to go out and get drunk knowing I had work the next day. Luckily it's Sunday and I open at 11am instead of 9am but still, I'm dreading it. Owen and I went to this new pub last night that just opened up near his house and it went off! A lot of gorgeous girls there. I think I may have kissed one but I honestly don't remember. I think I was just trying to get that drunk so I would forget about Julia. She's still on my mind. I keep wondering if she's thinking about me or if she's sleeping with Mike. Ugh, yuck. She hasn't contacted me and I know I haven't either but I just... I hate not talking to her. I'll message her tonight if she doesn't.

It was 3pm, the store has been quite busy today and I was on by myself. It feels lonely when Luke isn't here, I like talking to him when the store is quiet. It's coming up to Spring so more t-shirts are in and customers love it. I kept looking at my phone to see if I had any missed calls or texts from Julia.

Once I got home I had a friend request on my Facebook from Luke. I accepted. I messaged him saying I felt lonely today at work and that I wished he was there for a chat. He said he feels the same when I'm not there. I tried to type it in a way where I wasn't flirting or anything, I just genuinely wanted someone to talk to. I didn't want him getting the wrong idea about me having feelings for him or something.
It was 6pm and I just finished dinner, I messaged Julia.
Hey, how are you doing?
I wasn't sure what else to say. I sat back on my couch with Boomer and watched Pretty Women, one of my favourite romance movies. This movie instantly put me in a better mood. I had a text from Julia;
I'm doing okay, how are you?
Hmm, I decided to give her a call. Her texts are going to be dry so I rather just talk to her.
"Hello" She answered
"Hey, can you talk?" I asked
"Yeah, everything okay?" She asked
"Yeah, just wanted to make sure you're okay" I spoke
"Yeah I'm good, are you?" She replied
"Yep so hows things?" I asked
"They're okay. I had a big fight with Mike last night" She replied. Oh...
"Oh, is everything okay? What happened?" I asked
"He saw your hickey on my neck and he starting abusing me saying there's another man in the picture and I said to him I swore there was no man which I suppose isn't a lie and that I burnt myself with the straightener. I don't think he believed it but he ended up dropping it" She explained
"Shit I'm sorry... I really didn't mean to leave a mark" I replied
"Don't worry about it! Oh also speaking of marks haha, I saw this last night as well after I had a shower. I took a photo. I'll send it to you now... Hold on" She spoke as I hear her pressing buttons on her phone. I had the text come through. I looked at the picture, it was her mirror, it was all steamy.
"What about it?" I asked
"Look closely, at the mirror what do you see?" She asked. I looked closer at the picture. I saw as what appeared to be a smudged hand print.
"It's from the other night when we had sex I grabbed the mirror at some point and left a smudge. I saw it when the bathroom fogged up last night and I couldn't stop thinking about that moment" She explained
"Oh... That's hot. For a second I couldn't see anything but now I know what you're on about haha" I replied.

We spoke for half an hour before she had to go. I loved hearing her voice. She asked me to come over tomorrow after work. I was hesistant but I did want to see her. I probably won't see her for the rest of the week though if I see her tomorrow. I still want to keep my distance.

I arrived to work bright and early. Luke had his day off again so I was by myself. We have a sale at the moment for a week so I'll probably be busier than usual. I had a young girl come in, maybe around 17. She saw the way I was dressed and liked it, asked where I got my shirt from, I told her it was from another shop but that I sold similar styles here. We talked for a while. I could tell by the way she dressed that she was gay. Unless she was straight and just a huge skate fan but I don't know, my gaydar is usually on point.
