LUKES POV
a few minutes after the girls went to their room paul told us we need to as well. as I passed their room I heard them talking. I leaned my head silently against the door so they couldn't hear me. "I didn't think they'd like us that much." I heard vanessa say. "especially luke." Bri says. my cheeks warm up slightly. I hear Vanessa's laugh. wow it's adorable. " oh don't even act like you're not happy that he likes you." Bri says. I hear vanessa laugh once more. I hear someone come up behind me. "Luke what're you-" I cut cal off. "shh cal." I say to him. I hear him walk off and I focus more on the girls. "yes I do. I can tell by the way he looks at you." Bri says with a few seconds of silence. "plus Michael told me. but it's the way he looks at you." she finishes. I hear vanessa let out a little giggle. " I just met him today. how could he like me?" Vanessa asks. "maybe face timing every night about did it." Bri says. " oh shut up." she says. "I'm going to bed." I head to my room as soon as the light clicked off in theirs.
I storm into my room and head towards michael who is playing video games on his bed. I stand in fron of the tv. "Michael." I say. he leans his head over so he can see around me. I go to get the remote and click the tv off. "oh my god luke! what'd you do that for?" he yells throwing his hands into the air. "why did you tell Bri that I like vanessa?" I ask crossing my arms. "I didn't!" he lies. "yes you did. I heard her talking to vanessa about it." I say sternly. "she asked me if you did! and she's really hot so..." he trails off. "I thought this was supposed to be a secret? now she knows I like her!" I yell scratching the back of my neck. "mate you need to calm down." he starts. "so does she like you back?" he asks. "y-yeah she does actually." I stutter as I shyly smile. "so what's the problem here?" mikey asks. "c'mon man lets play some Fifa." he offers. "nah I think I'm going to bed." I say. "alright. congrats about vanessa." he says staring at the lit screen.
I toss and turn all night. I couldn't sleep at all. I glance over so see that mikey is fast asleep. I decide to go downstairs and get something to eat. I quietly step down the stairs and head to the fridge. I look for a few minutes until I hear someone coming down the stairs.
