"The first order of business," Cyrus began, "Is to determine what on earth just happened!" He said."Well, I always found myself attracted to both males and females but none of them hold a candle to you. I've liked you for a while now. So I'm bisexual, and you're the first person to know. Also, awful circumstances but would you be my boyfriend?" He asked, running his hand through his hair as he anticipated an answer.
"Terrible timing. But yes, Thelonious Jagger Kippen, owner of the titles of my first kiss, my childhood crush and my first ever friend, you are hereby knighted with the title of my boyfriend," he giggled, using his lightsaber to knight TJ.
"You are the biggest dork I've ever met," TJ said, laughing.
After Cyrus resolved that it was still, way too early for any living human to be awake at this hour, he rested his head down to go to sleep.
"You made me so much happier today Teej," he said sleepily, giving his new boyfriend a peck on the cheek before drifting off to sleep.
TJ watched Cyrus' chest rise and fall and brushed his hair out of his face to admire it. From his long, thick curled lashes that framed his famous brown-doe eyes (which were currently shut) to his little mole to his generally small frame to his richly coloured deep brown locks that always managed to look perfect, TJ was in awe.
He was in awe of how far Cyrus had come. Less self-deprecating jokes, more confidence. On his down days, he'd say he was down. When they were kids, Cyrus would always shower him in compliments and finish them with "I wish I was like that,".
He was so proud of him. He was proud to be with him. And he needed to take a page out of Cyrus' book because half of the things Kira said about him (excluding the parts degrading Cyrus) were things that he often found himself saying to himself.
He had to be strong, it was only going to get worse from here. He needed to be strong, like Cyrus.
