Chapter 5

When I woke up I was in a bed instead of on a couch. When I turned to my side I saw Lena starring at me.

"Hey" I said as she started blushing. "Hey". "Didn't we fall asleep on the couch". "Yeah I woke up and carried you here". "Thanks. How long have you been up". "An hour". "Have you been staring at me for an hour". "Yes. You look cute when you sleep". Now I started blushing.

"What time is it". "Seven thirty". "Oh I have to go get ready for work" I said getting out of the bed. "But you don't need to be to work until nine your schedule changed". "I know but I need to get Alex breakfast and see if she is awake and took Elle to school. I'll come back if I can I promise". "Ok bye". "Bye" I said and then kissed her on the cheek and left.

I went home brushed my teeth and then quickly got dressed. Once I was ready I rushed to get me and Alex breakfast and then went to Alex's apartment.

"Hey Alex" I said opening the door without knocking. "Hey Y/n". "Did you take Elle to school". "Yes". "Good here's your food" I said handing her the bag in my hand. "Thanks. So what happened between you and Lena last night I saw you to walk out together" she said taking the bag and beginning to eat what was in it. "She asked me on a date and we just walked around I told her about Elle's dad and then we went back to her place and she cooked dinner".

"Oh my gosh did you have se-". "Before you finish that sentence no I didn't so don't even think about it we just fell asleep". "Oh ok". "I have to go now do you happen to know what Lena likes for breakfast". "No just surprise her". "Wow your such a help right now". "I know now go see Lena. Also meet me at the bar at seven". "Fine. Bye". "Bye".

I left and went to go get Lena some breakfast and then I went back to her place. I knocked on the door and waited for her to get back.

"Hey your back" Lena said as she opened the door. "I did tell you I would come back if I could" I said as she let me inside. "I know I just didn't expect you to actually come back". "Well I'm here and I got you food I don't know what you like so I just got you a cinnamon bun". "Thank you but you know that I have food here" she said laughing. "I'm going to be honest I saw you cooking and you barley have food I'm going to take you shopping for food tomorrow". "You don't need to do that I don't come here a lot anyway". "You should still have food for when you do so I'm taking you you can keep giving me excuses but it's not going to change my mind". "Fine". "Good now finish eating so we can go to work". "Ok".

We finished eating and then I walked her to L Corp then I went to catco.

The whole day was going by pretty slow.

Lena's Pov:
It was a pretty slow day today but finally it's my lunch break. Kara is coming and she promised this time that she wasn't going to cancel. While waiting for her to come I started thinking.

Last night was ok I guess. I need to take her on a real date though. I don't even know if I can date her. What if Cadmus or anybody dangerous finds out and it puts her and Elle in danger I can't do that to them.

I was thinking a whole bunch of things. I was in the middle of a thought when I saw Kara snapping and waving her hand in front of my face.

"Lena. Lena. Lena I got you food". "You don't need to keep repeating my name Kara". "Well I was standing here for about ten minutes". "Oh I didn't see you come in". "Clearly. What were you thinking about". "Nothing just a new project". "Really what project makes you look so upset that you might cry". "I don't know what your talking about".

"Come on Lena just tell me what's wrong you can't keep lying to me". "Oh like you keep lying to me, Supergirl" she said laughing only a little. "What are you talking about". "Really Kara glasses are not a disguise". "I was going to tell you I swear". "I know Y/n told me". "Wait she told you I'm supergirl". "No she told me you were going to tell me".
