The start of a new battle

Rem's POV

After leaving Misa on her own, I fly towards where Light.. Ouji is, 'Prince, huh.. what have you become, Light.'

A prince of shinigami.. is not an easy tasks, Everyone is after that title, altough no one dared to take it because of Light. Being able to be-friend the strongest shinigami after Daio-sama, Nu, and Daio-sama's right hand man, Justin, no one is suicide enough. True, Light also able to gain an ally of the upper ranking shinigami like Ryuuku, Sidoh and myself.. 'If its not because of Misa, I'll be neutral.'

The time in shinigami world moves faster than those of human's, a day in human world could meant a year or so in the other realm, but if they are currently in the human world, they follow the mortal's world systems.

Althought Light had just become a shinigami, I could feel his strong energy of power spreading. A human being able to hold this much of powers that can exceeds the lower ranking shinigami.. imagine him being in a full potential, he could rival.. no, he could surpassed the higher ranking, even Daio-sama himself.

Should I be concern?

I don't know, as long as he does't hurt Misa.

As I was in my deep thought, I arrived on the buiding, it seems that the shinigami-s and Light sense me arriving, because Light is pursuading L to let him go.

Light's POV

"L, even if you're the greatest number 1 detective known in the world, you're seriously in a tight situation." I sigh and close my eyes, walking towards the doors.

"O..oi!! Where are you going!" Mello run towards the door, trying to keep me stay but B pull him out of my way, letting me pass.

I half open the doorand look back at them, showing my resolve eyes,

"I am,

without a doubt,

not

Kira..

and will never be."

I say firmly, erasing the word 'again' of the sentence, and close the door leaving them confused and worried.

As I walk away i could hear Mello screaming at B to why stopping him and the rest trying to keep Mello down,

'Don't worry L, if you are really my only true rival, enemy, you will know how to solve it.'

I thought to myself as I leave the building, Nu following me quietly while Justin on the other hand, chuckling.

I grew myself a wing after seeing Rem landing on the window, a fast leaner I am,

and fly towards my home, room.

"Where are we heading too, Ouji?"

"..."

"To somewhere private." I reply back, while knowlingly that the three shinigami are following me obidiently.
