Zia: welp, today some of us will be getting an animal partner.
Jazmine: so a pet?
Zia: not quite. They're spirit animals.

Zia: though the typical age of a Nectar Ceremony is 11-13, I decided to bend those rules for today's dare. Is it ready Ink?
Ink: *walks over with a bottle and a shot glass* yeah, this is the stuff.
Zia: *takes the bottle* thanks.
Venus: booze?
Zia: no. Nectar.
Venus: awwwww :(
Zia: basically, there's like a one in three chance that a spirit animal will be summoned.
Rain: so out of the eighteen of us, only five of us are likely to get a spirit animal?
Zia: yuppo
Tris: should be fun.
Zia: who wants to go first?
Jazmine: why don't you go Zi?
Zia: because I've already had it, but I think you should go Jazmine.
Jazmine: *takes glass* does it taste bad?
Zia: it shouldn't. Magic Nectars tend to taste like comfort foods I've discovered.
Jazmine: welp. Here we go *downs the liquid*
*thunder roars and a flash of light, and a wolf strides out of the light*
