It's been a week since the party, the concert and Lucas. The brown scarf remained hanging on the rack in his room. The semester started again and Renjun returned to his normal busy days. Being an art student is not an easy task with constant projects and homeworks. At the same time, while looking for a dorm room.

His mom had to return to China because his grandpa had gone sick. She had to sell their current house in order to be able to pay the hospital bills in China. His mom insisted that he comes back with her to China but Renjun already has a life here and he can't just abandon his education. He also advised his mom to sell the house. Renjun was okay with staying in the dorm and he had also always wanted to try it.

The cold winter was still yet to go away and spring was yet to come. He walked down the concrete path of the campus. He was done for the day and couldn't wait to go home and chug down on that warm hot chocolate. Maybe finish that project he's been working on and probably search for dorm a little more.

He rubbed his palms together, creating heat and blowing air into them. He should've brought the gloves. Thinking about gloves, he was reminded about the brown scarf hung besides them. He was currently wearing a scarf but not the same one. He wondered how Lucas has been. He occasionally thought about him, maybe a little too much.

Suddenly, his whole face scrunched up and he released a sneeze into the crook of his elbow, causing him to sway a little and he shivered afterwards.

"Tsk tsk, you should take care of yourself. It's getting colder these days"

Renjun looked up at the familiar deep voice. He frowned at the figure in front of him as he walked closer towards him. He had a mask on and the cap covered his face making it hard to figure out.

"It's me, Lucas"

The taller tugged down the mask to reveal a big smile. Renjun gasped and looked around to see if anyone recognized the rockstar. Renjun sighed in relief when no one paid attention to the two. He looked up at Lucas again to see him removing his gloves.

"What are you doing here?"

Lucas just smiled and reached for Renjun's smaller and cold hand. He slipped on the gloves on both hands and held them softly and squeezing them occasionally. Causing not only Renjun's hands but also his heart to warm.

"Stay warm, okay? I don't want you to get sick"

Lucas muttered and his thumps rubbed circles onto Renjun's knuckles. The boy blushed and couldn't help but stare at the metal ring around his plump, pink lips everytime he moves his lips. It really suited him. The taller noticed and let out a small chuckle.

"Do you like it?"

Renjun snapped out of his daze and looked up to meet his eyes, muttering a small, "Huh?"

"The lip ring, do you like it?"

"Uh, yeah. It's cool"

"Great"

Lucas was yet to let go of his hand and he wasn't planning to, not that Renjun minded anyway.

"But how did you know I go here?"

"Oh, I heard it from Mark"

"How did Mark know-"

"Do you want coffee?"

Lucas changed the subject and Renjun just nodded. His project can wait. Lucas let go of one hand but still held the other hand as they walked to the nearest cafe.

"Oh! I don't have your scarf with me right now"

Renjun said and Lucas glanced back at him but looked forward after.

"I thought you would wear it where ever you go. I'm kinda sad"

"I-......"

Lucas chuckled at Renjun's obvious flustered face.

"I was just kidding. You can keep it, it's a gift from me"

"Oh, no. It's yours. You should take it back"

"C'mon Renjun, accept it or else I'll be really sad"

Renjun couldn't help but giggle at Lucas' dramatic pout, followed by Lucas. They arrived at the small, really aesthetically pleasing cafe. The bells chimed as they pushed open the door. A smooth rnb song was playing and the smell of crushed coffee beans were more than enough to allure Renjun to become a regular at this cafe.

"Ah! Yukhei, welcome"

Renjun's ears picked up at the use of a Chinese name. The tall barista behind the counter looked really close with Lucas as they exchanged small talk. Finally, they ordered coffee and some chocolate muffins. The duo sat at the table by a large glass window. The smaller bopped his knee up and down out of habit. He finally decided to question about the name.

"Is Yukhei your real name?"

"Yeah, it is. Is Renjun your real name?"

Renjun nodded. Just then, the waiter served them their coffees and muffins. Renjun muttered a small 'thank you' and removed the gloves. Placing them on his laps, he wrapped his slender fingers around the warm cup to absorb the heat from the cup. Lucas had removed his cap and it wasn't gelled like the last time he saw him. This time, it looked soft and messy. Suiting his boyish casual outfit today and of course, his piercings. Renjun didn't even noticed when started fawning over piercings but he is now.

"How have you been?"

Lucas asked, taking sip of his coffee while not taking his eyes off of Renjun.

"Well, I've been kinda busy with school and looking for a dorm room but same old, same old"

"A dorm?"

Lucas asked, curious as to why he was moving in the middle of winter.

"Yeah, my mom had to go back to China for personal reasons and I need a place to live not too far from the campus"

Lucas' eyes sparkled with the best idea he's ever had in his 21 years of living. His house was two blocks away from Renjun's school. He started grinning into his cup and Renjun gave him a weird look while munching on the amazing chocolate delight. He's sold. He will come here everyday.

"Renjun"

Lucas put down the cup, making a 'clink' sound as he looked at Renjun fondly.

"Hmm?"

"Come live with me"
