23| Love And Feelings For Jin

Akami's POV 🔮

As Jin continued to run her hand through my aura sensors, I sighed a little as I started to smile.

Without realizing what I was doing, I suddenly started purring again.

How is this possible???

Other pokémon of my kind aren't able to do that.

As I continued to think about it, I suddenly noticed that Jin's stopped running her hand through my aura sensors.

I opened my eyes and looked up to see why did she stop for, only to realize that she suddenly fell asleep while I was in deep thought.

As I was looking at Jin, my heart started pounding a little bit.

Her face is so cute and very peaceful when I looked at her sleeping figure.

Not to mention how soft and warm her lips were when we kissed each other for the first time.

I smiled before I leaned forward and kissed Jin deeply.

Once I parted from her, I was about to stand up and stretch my arms out for a bit, before I suddenly felt Jin rest her hands at the back of my neck and pull me close to her chest.

Jin, then, curled up into a ball as she mumbled my name before smiling in her sleep while cuddling me.

I was surprised when she did that until I saw her smile and heard her mumble my name.

I smiled again before grabbing the blanket and covering us up with it in order to keep us warm before I fell asleep with her.

~Days later~

After me and Jin have fully recovered from the wound injuries that we got, we headed off to Coumarine City.

The home city of the fighting-type gym leader, Korrina.

Once we made it over there, Jin letted out a sigh as she smiled.

"Well! Here we are! Coumarine City! Are you ready to battle Korrina's pokémon once we make it to her, Akami?" Jin asked as she looked over at me.

"I feel a little bit nervous about this but, yeah, I'm ready." I replied to Jin.

Jin smiled at me before she petted me on the head and gave me a kiss on the cheek.

I blushed a little after she did that.

"Good. Now, let's find the Tower of Mastery and look for Korrina." Jin said after she parted from me and stood up.

I nodded in agreement.

But, before we could do anything, my stomach growled a little.

Jin looked over at me and chuckled a little bit before I suddenly blushed again and looked away as I wrapped my arms around my stomach.

"Well...Right after we ate something that is..." Jin said.

I nodded in agreement.

Then she gave me a piggyback ride as we started to look for a place we can eat at.

To be honest, it feels kinda bit weird when Jin gives me a piggyback ride.

But, I'm used to it.

And while we were looking for a place we can eat at, I noticed a few people and some pokémon trainers giving us weird looks as we passed by them.

Most of them were thinking, "Who in the world gives their Lucario a piggyback ride?" or "That pokémon trainer is weird...Why is she giving her Lucario a piggyback ride for?" and so on.

Trust me.

I'm a mind reader.

I can know what these people are thinking whenever I want to.

It's just an ability that I have since I'm a Lucario.

Some of them wasn't even bothered by it and every once in a while, a few others would just happen to look over and notice us before they started to gush in adore, thinking that we're probably a very cute couple.

After me and Jin found a place and ate over there, we continued our way to looking for the Tower of Mastery.

Eventually, we finally found it and stood there at the door, waiting for Korrina to appear and greet us.

To my surprise, we gotten there early.

So, just to kill some time while we waited, Jin called out all of her other pokémon that she has so they can play with each other or walk around for a bit.

Me, on the other hand....I stayed close to Jin.

Because, I wanted to be close to her.

As me and Jin sat down on the grass, I rested my head on her shoulder.

Jin smiled and moved me over to her chest as she held me close before she started to cuddle me.

I smiled and sighed a little before Jin started to rub my back.

I was enjoying every minute of this...

After a while, we finally met up with Korrina.

Korrina, then, said something before she gestured us to follow her as we went in the Tower of Mastery...
