Chapter 3

Alex's POV

it was 5 am when I heard the Alpha speak through the pack link

"Alex, Levi, Matt, Sammy, come to my office"

"right away sir," we all said in unison

I groaned knowing I had to wake I had to obey his orders. I woke up, released my bladder, brushed my teeth, and changed into a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt.

as I was walking to the office I met up with Matt, Levi, and Sammy. they all looked half-dead just like I did. yesterday's training really took a toll on us. when we were in front of the office door we heard a "come in."

"Hello boys"

"hello alpha"

"do you guys know the reason I called you in today?"

we all shook our heads, too tired to say anything.

" The principal called me yesterday and told me you are all expelled for causing a fight and sending the poor boy to the hospital with broken limbs. you guys, I've

told you many times do not get into fights.

"Especially you Alex, you are going to be the next Alpha, so behave like one".

we all paled when we heard the announcement, me especially

"you guys are lucky I know the principal, though he said he wouldn't take you guys back, he helped enroll all you guys at Berrymoore Highschool, I will not tolerate any fighting if I hear another complaint of fighting, you guys will get severe punishment."

the alpha crossed his arms.

" as of now, all four will be doing border patrols for the next two weeks. do you guys understand."

we all stood very stiffly and nodded

"I didn't hear you guys"

"yes sir"

"Now off you go"

when we all exited the office we all let out a sigh of relief

"man I thought we were done for," said Levi

"Same," said Matt

I grumbled knowing I have to start going to new school half of the first semester.

"Come on, Alex, starting a new school is not bad, maybe you can find your mate," said Sammy with a smirk on his face

I laughed as I held him in a chokehold and ruffling his hair.

come on let go do border patrol." I sighed

we all walked outside, stripped and shifted. my fur was a silvery black color with bits of white on my ears, and paws.

"Whoever is last to do patrol is a loser!" Levi said through the pack link

We all looked at each other, we all had the evil glint in our eyes when we looked at each other and at the forest.

when they weren't looking I sped through the forest with them a foot behind "No fair!" said Levi.

I laughed through the link. the forest was beautiful whenever I needed time to myself I would go to the silvery lake. ironic right? silver black hair

when I arrived back. I saw that i was the first one to arrive. when I turned around I saw matt, luke arrive. not long after Levi arrived huffing and puffing

"haha, loser!!!!" we all said to Levi

"no fair, you guys had a headstart" he puffed

I playfully bit his tail. he yelped once he turned around. we all started playing around like pups its been forever since we were together like this

we all laid there exhausted and tired.

"Come on or we'll going to be late on our first day." we all put our clothes on and went our separate ways to our rooms. I stripped and went straight to the shower, I grabbed the loofah, put some soap on and scrubbed my self until my skin was raw. once I got out the shower, I dried myself, dried my hair. and went straight to my closet grabbed some jeans a plain white t-shirt, put on deodorant and cologne grabbed my bag and went downstairs. the pack women were already making

breakfast so I grabbed myself a plate and sat down at the kitchen table. when i grabbed my phone i saw that it was 7:45 am and we were going to be late.

"Levi, Matt, Sammy! let's go or we're gonna be late!" I said through the pack link

"Coming!" said Levi

"Almost done," said Matt and Sammy

I grabbed my phone and keys and walked to my car. Matt and Sammy were already waiting outside

"where's Levi"

"I'm right behind you," he said huffing and puffing

"what took you so long?"

"I kinda fell asleep," he said while rubbing his neck

"Come on let's go"

I got in my car while Matt got in the passenger and the rest in the backseat. when we arrived at the school, the school was huge bigger than the last one. when we walked in the school building. Something caught my eye, a small boy with a beanie when he turned around he had these adorable green hazel eyes. Wait, did I just call someone cute.

"ooh, someone caught your attention," Levi said with a smirk on his face.

I scoffed

I walked to the office and grabbed my schedule

"whats your first class?" asked Sammy

"I have math"

"I have Spanish," Levi said

"I have english," matt said

"I have History"

Aw, we don't have the same class" complained Levi

he pouted, I ruffled his hair

as I walked to my class I bumped into someone when I looked who I bumped into, I saw that it was the cute boy with adorable hazel green eyes.
