WEF finished on a high note, all the horses proved their selves. Unloading the horses they seemed glad to be home and most feel asleep, I checked the other horses Aristo had gotten better but was still quite, I walked into her stall to check her, she was covered in sweat, she had bumps over her body and her legs were twice the size as normal. I shouted on the grooms, kent came over just to see how bad she was. I called the vet, the vet said to try and cool her down till they got to the barn.
The vet came to the barn, I sat there till the early morning, Aristo wasn't much better, my brother came back in the morning and told me to go home and get some rest since I hadn't had much sleep since Aristo, first got ill. I went home Ace seemed happy to see me, I got changed into some comfy clothes and laid down on the sofa, turned on the tv and soon fell asleep.I woke up to see Nicola sitting beside me.
N-Hello, sleeping beautiful
M-How are you in my house?
N-you gave me a spare set of keys, and your brother told me about Aristo.
M-Any updates on her?
N-Your brother texted me saying the vets are still trying their hardest.
M-I should get back to the barn.
N-You needs to rest, you barely slept the last couple of weeks.
M-I am fine, I had a couple of hours sleep.
N-You can go later, please just rest.
m-Fine.
N-You, want something to eat.
M-I am fine. I should take Ace on a walk, I haven't done that the last couple of days.
N-Already done.
M-What else have you done?
N-I done your dishes and cleaned up a bit.
M-You cleaning my house?
N-Yeah.
M-What did I do to deserve you?
N-You just got lucky
M-Yeah, real lucky.
