oday I decided to pack my clothes and go to the barn in the afternoon as my four horses were leaving I first made a list of what I need to pack
what to pack ( equine )
8x white pair breeches, 10x everyday breeches, 6xshow shirts, 4xshow jackets 6x everyday riding polos,12x riding socks, 6x riding belts, three pairs of riding boots, 3 helmets, team jackets, and caps
I was lucky to be sponsored by many brands like Ariat, samshield, noble outfitters, veredus ,cwd, and some others so it was important I made sure to show the brands off. I took all my clothes and bags out and put them on the floor I also needed to clean my show boots before putting them in bags. Once everything was clean and ready I put my helmets and boots in bags so they would stay clean then I got my bags and packed my clothes and my accessories.
by the time I was done packing my riding stuff, there was only an hour before the horses left so I got in the car and drove to the barn. when I got there I got the horses and groomed each once and plated manes and tails so they would not destroy them then me and my grooms put on coolers on, shipping boots, tail bandages and finally halters then it was time for them to go on the truck my brothers horses were first then mine I gave all my horses kisses and hugs before they were loaded on and taken to the airport and they would be flown to Belgium tomorrow and then driving to stephex stables . Once all horses were loaded and said goodbye to my groom as she was traveling with the horses then i drove home to start packing everything else as i only had 2 days till i left for Europe myself. when got home it was early evening some i got changed into workout clothes and went for a run with my crazy corgi we both love going for runs as he was a small dog but had so so much energy we were both tired after the run so i took a shower and got changed into some PJs and made dinner and ate it while checking social media and emails which i had not done all day, Nicola had sent a couple of messages so i replied once finished dinner i clean my dishes and then made a list of what i needed to pack tomorrow and dropping my crazy pup to my friends Jessica parents house as they had looked after him before and my pup loved their dogs a lot and i was traveling with Jessica. I made my list while sitting on the couch spending time with boo before i left for over a month that broke my heart to do but this was my job and my dream was to be one of the top showjumpers ever
