Her auburn hair bobbing up and down
when she walks,
a few strands
torn out by the wind.
Dark layers of colour
cloak the slender figure,
dead leaves carried by the wind
onto her black coat.
Shoes making a faint noise
on the grey pavement;
lights shining through the greyness,
making the darkness of evening shine blue.
Carressed by autumn mists
she makes her way through the streets,
wandering without a goal
until the night is over.
