Gojirin groaned as she got up from the ground. She shook her head as she remembered what had just happened. As she looked up, she saw Godzilla fighting Komi. From the way he was fighting, she could tell he wasn't holding anything back. But she could tell Komi wasn't either. The two fought relentlessly, sending atomic blasts at each other over and over. Komi still hadn't gotten used to her atomic powers, but she knew enough to understand them.
"You really think you can stop Clover?" She asked. "Even if you develop a cure for his venom, he will still destroy everything humanity has built!"
Godzilla growled to himself. "Great. Now she's monologuing." He muttered. He didn't want to hurt her, but he didn't see another option. Thankfully, he didn't have to for much longer. As Komi charged at him, Gojirin suddenly stood up with a massive stick in her hand. She swung it and bashed her in the back of the head with it. It shattered into splinters as it struck her, and she fell to the ground with a thud, completely knocked out. Godzilla was startled, to say the least.
"... That seemed to work." He said, softening from his battle stance. He sheathed his sword and walked over to them. "You know I could have handled it by myself."
"Oh I have no doubt." Gojirin said, throwing the stick to the side. "But that would have taken too long."
Godzilla looked down at Komi. She was completely unconscious. "Is she gonna be okay?"
"Yeah. All we need to do is get her out of here and away from Clover's influence." Gojirin explained.
"No, I mean you just broke a log over the back of her head." Godzilla said.
"...Oh. Right." Gojirin nodded. "Well, your father believed in tough love, and I figured I'd try it myself."
Godzilla raised an eyebrow and smirked. "Really?"
"Well, it seemed to work out fine for you." Gojirin chuckled.
Godzilla silently chuckled as well. Gojirin began to tie Komi up with some rope she had hanging from her hip while they developed a plan. The first thing to do would be to take her back to Manhattan.

Finally, they arrived back in New York, with and unconscious Komi in tow. Unsurprisingly, Gypsy was not happy with them.
"So you disobey my orders, abandon our mission, and then you bring a Category 6 criminal Kaiju into a classified government area." Gypsy snapped. "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't arrest the both of you right now."
"Because if you do, you're gonna lose against Clover when he arrives." Godzilla said. He had completely seen through Gypsy's bluff. "Look, we took care of Komi for you, so there's no need to kill her anymore."
"Yes, but this temporary facility hardly qualifies as a holding cell." Gypsy said. "When she wakes up, she's most likely gonna break out and attack us."
"So we take her to the Shatterdome." Coyote piped up from the side of the room. She held up her tablet, showing that she had just contacted the other Jaegers at the Shatterdome. "Someone will be here to pick her up in a couple hours."
"Shatterdome?" Gojirin asked, raising an eyebrow.
"It's a prison for Kaiju." Godzilla explained. "I've been there myself a while back. Personally, I think it would be the best place for her. It would keep her far away from Clover."
Gojirin looked down and furrowed her brow. The thought of her daughter in a prison pained her, but she couldn't deny it would be a good place for her. She simply nodded in agreement. Rodan stepped into the room soon after, with Radon behind him. He looked much healthier than before, and much happier. The cure had worked, and he was feeling perfect.
"Glad to see everyone's getting along again." He chuckled, placing a hand on Godzilla's shoulder.
"Looks like you're feeling better." Godzilla smiled. "Good thing the cure worked."
"Yeah, thanks to you." Gypsy agreed. His demeanour seemed to have softened as he remembered the true purpose of his mission. "We distributed a human version of the cure all over the city. Many have died, but this antidote is gonna prevent the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people."
"Not only that, but we've developed a preventative version of it as well." Coyote added. "Now even if we're attacked, we wont have to worry about taking the antidote later."
Anguirus appeared into the room as well, rubbing the spot on his arm where Crimson had just injected him with the antidote. He looked up and saw Godzilla was back.
"Oh good, you guys are here." He said. "Crimson says he wants to give you the antidote too."
"Well, if we're going to be fighting those parasites, we'll definitely need it too." Gojirin agreed. She made her way through the door into the other room, but Godzilla didn't follow her. "Are you coming, Godzilla?"
"Y-yeah, I will in a sec." He said. He could hear Rodan chuckle behind him, and glared at him.
"Still scared of needles, Godzilla?" Rodan mocked.
"I'm not scared of anything." Godzilla growled back.
"Except heights?" Gojirin asked, crossing her arms and smirking. Godzilla transferred his glare to her, but this only made her chuckle as she entered the other room. Knowing that arguing would only make him look worse, he rolled his eyes and followed her.
