Silence.
Silence can be violent if given a voice, unheard, unspoken, but still says words.
Silence lies deep within us, our hidden desire is to be heard, but broken words of a full heart and the full words of a broken home will be heard.
We want to be understood, not reprimanded.
So, silence becomes our unspoken song.
The words we speak, the memory never forgotten, the feelings never gone.
"Give me a voice one with passion & grace," said we.
"Give the pain a voice and the silence a song," They said
And so we did, leaving the heartbreakers, liars, cheaters, with our song of silence, giving ourselves a voice long forgotten.
