Chapter 12

I woke up to a sweet voice singing, it was Carin. Finally, not justin screaming or jumping on me. I opened my eyes to see Carin on her phone sitting beside me on the bed.

“Hello sleepy head” she said smiling.

“Good morning” I answered.

“Come on get up, today is the day!” she said excited and left the room jumping. Oh yeah, today carin, pattie, Kenny and I are leaving to carin’s grandparents’ house.

I dragged myself from the bed and took a quick shower, then grabbed one of the big suitcases to pack my bags. I placed everything I owned in it, I always make sure to have spare cloths, and by spare cloths I mean everything that I own. I ended up with two suitcases since the first one wouldn’t lock, haha. I changed to sweatpants and a simple white shirt because we are going to spend half of the day in the car. Oh my god that reminds me! I need to go get some cookies, muffins, chocolates and all these junk food because it’s a loooong road trip and I want it to be fun. I hauled my bags downstairs and put them besides Carin’s. And I thought I packed a lot of things! What the hell does she have in three suitcases?! Well, I don’t blame her it’s her wedding. I checked my phone; 2 messages.

Message 1-

From- unknown.

“Awww, why aren’t I invited to the wedding too? *sigh* - hades, xx”

I answered saying;

“Hmm… I don’t know. Maybe because you’re not wanted there? Oh, and don’t try to ruin carin’s day. You can mess with me for the rest of my life but let these 3 weeks pass by peacefully for scooter’s and carin’s sake. – summer.”

From-Unknown.

“Now that you have mentioned it, it’s making me want to ruin it even more. –hades, x”

I answered;

“it isn’t a choice. Now, leave me alone. Have a bad day. –summer x”

Then I checked my other message.

From- JUSTIBEAR.

“I know you’re going to hate me for saying this but I can’t stop by and say bye, we have an interview. I’m really sorry summer but I’ll see you in 3 days! Please don’t hate me. Love you! Oh and scooter says that he’s going to miss you and take care of carin…”

WHAT?! No! ugh. I want to tell them bye, even though it’s just for three days but it’s a lot and I’ll miss them like crazy.

“SUMMER GET DOWN HERE WE’RE WAITING FOR YOU!” shouted pattie from the kitchen.

“I’m here”

“Oh, okay come on let’s get going”

Wow, this really is a huge house. I went upstairs to the room pattie and I are sharing and our suitcases were already there, hmm… butlers I see. Carin didn’t tell me her grandparents are like supper rich! I looked from the window that had a sight of the back pool and the enormous garden. Carin and pattie were talking to everyone and carin started crying, I guess she missed her family.

Uh… what do I see there? A hot boy? Oh haha, this can’t get any better. But what about justin? Hmm… well nothing really happened and he never really brought the subject up so I guess he doesn’t like me. And even though I really really really have this massive crush on him… I can still have fun.

I changed into black leggings and a white shirt, I still need to cover the scars on my legs, they are starting to fade away and I hope next week I would have nothing to worry about and that I can start wearing shorts. I applied some make up then did my hair and walked downstairs to the garden to meet everyone.
