Niall's POV:
I heard something fall to the ground on the hard bathroom floor. Please don't let it be Alexa, I thought to myself. I walked in the bathroom, a pregnancy test on the floor while Alexa was biting onto her sleeves to cover her sobs. I wrapped my arms around her tightly. She said through the sobs, "I am pregnant, Niall." and she began crying again. I felt so bad but I didn't know what to do.

"Will it effect my baby's arrival?" Alexa asked the doctor. "There's a possibility that your cancer could. At the same time it will to you, too." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. "She can't...die." I stuttered. Alexa looked up at me and smiled through her tears. I looked deeply into her eyes and I saw pain. "As long as the baby comes out fine and I don't, it's fine, Niall." "Don't say that!" I cried. I walked out of the doctors office and sat in the hall, sighing. I didn't want her or the baby to die...
Alexa's POV:
I pushed and pushed until the precious baby was out. I sighed in relief, looking at the small baby I realized something...wrong. It's chest was not moving inside and out with breaths. My baby was not breathing, it's heart was not beating. It lay there motionless, it died in my arms.
I gasped awake, grasping onto my blanket. I walked into the bathroom, locking the door. I stripped of my clothing and stepped into the shower as the cold water trickled down my back I shivered. The water heated and I fell to my knees in the shower. My body did not want to cooperate and stand up. I wanted to go back to bed, my body was exhausted from everything. I wanted to go back into memories, not bad memories about my father, about Emily Grace....
Emily Grace! I washed my body quickly and grabbed a towel, running down the stairs to find Niall. "NIALL!" I shouted. He ran to the living room, startled. I wanted my hair to soak my back, but the tiny specks on my head refused to grow. "Yeah?" "We need to go to the hospital." I said, running up the stairs to find clothes. I grabbed a tanktop and shorts, putting in -- fake -- diamond earrings. I rushed down the stairs, slipping on my beanie along with shoes. I ran out to the car, praying I was not too late.
Emily's POV:
A bright light shone into my eyes, along with blurry silhouettes over top of it. I heard a voice I knew of, it belongs to Alexa. "Should I tell her?" she asked the other silhouette. "Is she awake?" and Irish accent asked. I sat up, "Yeah I'm awake." Alexa hugged me tightly, kissing my forehead. "Are you alright?" she asked. I nodded. "My surgery is today, so I hope I'll be okay until then."
She cried softly and sniffled. "I have something to tell you," she started. "I'm going to have a baby!" she smiled at me. She patted her stomach, letting me feel it. I smiled, "There's a baby in there?" she nodded. "Like you were once and do was I." I smiled and my eyes were getting weaker, making it harder to keep my eyes open. I looked at my hands, pale as ever. My red blood vessels show and so do my blue veins. I finally gave up on keeping my eyes open, my heart rate slowing. I felt horrible, I started coughing. I coughed up blood and blacked out.
Alexa's POV:
I gasped as Emily coughed up deep red blood and passed out. She seemed unconscious. The last thing I hear is, "Clear!" before I was rushed out of her room.
