Chapter 20 - Love

On our way home we decided to go out to a local bar later in the evening. Sadly, Charlie and Dylan already left for the airport, "the house is going to be quiet without him" Riley said with a sad smile making me nod in agreement. Closing the bedroom's door behind me I headed towards the wardrobe to choose an outfit for tonight before taking a shower.

As I was going through my options I heard a knock at the door, "Hey" I said to Xander with a smile once I opened the door, but it soon faded as he stood there with an intense look on his face, "you ok?" I asked concerned, but he smirked at me in return, "it's later" he said walking towards me forcing me to back away into the room.

Closing the door behind him with his foot he grabbed my wrist and pulled me towards him before crashing his lips onto mine as he held me close against his body.

After stripping each other in between kisses, he picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist as he held onto my ass. I ran my hands through his hair and passionately kissed him, before sliding my tongue into his mouth as he walked us towards my bed.

I gasped when my back hit the bed after he dropped me and he smirked in amusement, "I can't wait any longer" he said with a predatory look, turning me on even more. I was busy replaying his sweet words in my head, "Nessie please say something" he said anxiously, "Xander I" I stopped myself and nervously bit my lip as he waited expectantly, "I'm falling for you, I know it's crazy because we've barely known each other for a week and/" he interrupted my nervous blabbering with a gentle kiss, "I love you" he said with a soft smile making my heart skip a beat. I wrapped my arms around him and pulled him down towards me for a blissful kiss as we held onto each other in a warm embrace.

As I was cleaning myself, he startled me by picking me up and throwing me over his shoulder before making his way towards the en-suite bathroom, "you do know there are nicer ways of carrying me right?" I joked while dangling upside down on his back, "I know but I like it better this way" he said as he gave me a pat on the ass.

Once we were in the shower, he placed me back down and turned the tap on, making me jump as the cold water hit my skin, "Xander!" I yelled as he chuckled in amusement, "I'll make it up to you" he said with a mischievous smile, "what have you got in mind?" I asked interested.

He pinned me against the shower wall and kissed me, teasing the opening of my mouth with his tongue as the water ran down our bodies. I softly moaned as he kissed his way down my neck, gently nibbling on the right spot. While holding my wrists above my head with one hand, he used the other to lightly trace his fingers up my leg until he reached my inner thigh.

As we looked into each other's eyes, I felt his fingers sliding inside me and I arched my back against the wall in pleasure. We spent the next 10 minutes soaping and washing each other as we sang along to music, "you're a terrible singer" I joked and he dramatically held his hands to his chest making us both laugh. Wrapping a towel around me, I looked at Xander who was wrapping a towel around his waist, droplets of water still dripping down his abs.

After admiring his body I couldn't help but smile, "thank you" I randomly said to him, "for what?" He asked with an eyebrow raised, "for reminding me what happiness feels like" I said with a soft smile, "cringe I know" I joked with a shrug. He walked up to me and wrapped his arms around me, "I would never hurt you Nessie" he said in a soft voice while looking at me, "I know" I replied with a smile before leaning in for a kiss, feeling safe and loved.
