There were whispers among the pack about where ever Artemis went, the story of her meeting with the enemy packs alpha son had spread like a wildfire in the middle of a drought. She wanted away from it all and the only place she could escape was to set herself up for double patrols. As of now, the alpha shewolf was in the forest watching deer graze together peacefully. The wind was calm and carried the scent of many things, but the smell of her pack was always the main scent. This stuff couldn't help the white female with her struggles however, as her mind kept going to Hades, her smile was clear she had feelings for him. How could she love an enemy though? And how so quickly?
She shook her head and moved from her spot in the forest, the sound of her sister collecting herbs with Rosemary was close by so she ran the opposite way to avoid Hestia. Frustration took over the young alpha as she trotted closer and closer to the edge of her territory without realization, her paws crossing the border while she was lost in thought. She didn't realize she had done so until it was took late and she stood face to face with two males and a female, these wolves were on patrol.
"Well, look who we have here! The daughter of Monty has come for lunch has she?" The largest of the males snapped his jaws close to her legs, a deep snarl leaving his chest.
"I'm sorry..I mean no harm I was in thought and accidentally crossed the scent markers! Please let me go home." Herself alone couldn't win against these wolves, and plus she had broken a law. She had every right to be punished, but she hoped she wouldn't. She wanted to go home and hoped this all blew over instantly. Before another wolf could speak however, a large black mass of a wolf appeared behind them all and barked deeply sending chills up her very own spine. Hades. His scent wrapped around her like a warm pelted nest, her ears pinning back at the sound of his strength.
"I'll deal with her, go back to your patrols Azrial." His voice was stern as the others dispersed and obeyed his orders, but his blue eyes never left her as he moved closer, "What in your right mind are you doing here, Artemis?"
The White shewolf was at a loss for words as she gazed into his eyes, her ears pinning back further and her body lowering some. Backing away she wanted to disappear, embarrassed by her actions. "I'm sorry.."
"Don't be, come with me, let's walk." The black male started off in a direction, leading her deeper into the packs territory, and for some reason she trusted him. She walked side by side with him until they came to a stop her, eyes falling on what she never wanted to see. Twolegs carries heavy carved tree, yelling and adding these things to the dens they were making among this packs territory. Perking her ears forward, the shewolf shook her head, clearly distraught at what she was seeing before her. "This can't be! Haven't you tried anything?!"
"We have, and it always results in us losing more pack members. We are losing prey and home land due to them," the males eyes were pleading as he nuzzled up to her. "We need help.."
