The following day, Michelle and James told their friends what happened the night before and the decision that the two of them reached. Although disappointed, they can't do anything about it. With their plans for the summer break in place, they decided to go on even with the situation that James and Michelle were in.
With summer vacation quickly passing, 'The Mafia' wasn't sure of what was going to happen between Michelle and James. Enrollment for the first semester came and they were all in school to enroll. "Last two semesters for you, right, James?" Patrice asked. "Yeah. Less subjects, more time to hang out." James answered in a satisfied yet disappointed voice. "So, what about Michelle?" Michael asked. "We're friends. And it will continue to be like that." James said in a dissatisfied voice. And true enough, the two of them remained friends ad continued to hang out with the same group. But every time they would come together, it became more apparent that the two of them can never work out as a couple.
Years passed and the two of thembecame very successful. James became a world renowned Psychologist and Michellebecame a very famous and successful Engineer. They remained friends for the restof their lives helping each other out. Although they never worked out, theywould never forget the moon that served as the heaven's eye to watch over them.
