Hi guys. As you can see, I am going to try and lose weight using K-pop diets !!  And maybe other ones !


Of course not the best thing to do. But like I am 79 kg. My body doesn't need More.


Like why don't you just take some fat from my body instead of making me hungry !!


Like srsly that's not cool dude.


Just to clarify things ; I am not a fan of fruits or vegetables or fishes, basically everything healthy. But I can force myself to eat some of it.


Now that we got that cleared up, let me explain my first choice of diet plans.


Somi's diet : Banana diet


Breakfast : 1🍌

Lunch : 1🍌

Dinner : 1🍌


Basically that's it .


If you want it to be more healthy ( pfft ) you can add an egg to each meal.

But I am gonna switch between fruits. But it is still going to be one fruit for each meal.

Also I can drink green tea or eat popcorn ( normal ). ( I added that , so I don't die from starvation)

I am gonna do some cardio and other exercises. I recommend ( women workout at home ) even for males.


Now for my skin, I am gonna try different masks and products that I will show you in the later chapter. And maybe some other recipes that contain things you ACTUALLY have in your home.


I have oily skin. With a few pimples. I have a red area underneath my eyes and on my chin. I have black heads on my nose. So you know things are not going real well LMAO.


That's my current state , you can also join me on my way to losing weight and glowing skin.


I hope this goes well. And btw I'm starting this diet tomorrow. All I need is bananas.
